位置挺好的離煙台站很近樓下週邊都是商場房間雖小用品都齊全是一個大套間隔的洗手間衞生都挺乾淨隔壁帶獨衞的房間挺好有一個大窗户可以看海景

一套房裡有4個房間，每個房間單獨賣，旺季時會有不同的人住在一套房裡，不太方便。房間比較小，衞生方面還是不錯的，有廚房可以簡單煮的東西吃，這點比較好。

老闆人很好，遇到一對不自覺的，一直看電視説話到凌晨三點，12:30過去敲了房門衹説知道了但該怎麼著還是怎麼著。果斷給老闆説換房間，老闆也痛苦的答應了。兩口子不沖馬桶，用完炊具也不刷，見過沒素質的沒見過那麼沒素質的

位置：好！樓下商場多，步行去芝罘灣海邊廣場很方便。步行去小吃街也方便，有個阿輝章魚小丸子很好吃。房間：財字房間雖然是公用廚房公用客廳也沒啥不方便，白天客人也不在自己房間都出去，避免見到陌生人的尷尬。靠床的牆壁發黴，床墊超軟睡覺非常累，床品還行，乾淨無異味。房東大姐聽熱情！
