旁邊就是商業街，吃飯很方便，對出馬路就有公交車站去到各大景點，大概走路就400米左右，因為它小區本身比較大，那邊的環境還是挺舒適的，而且有一台大空調在廳裏面。大冰箱，洗衣機各方面都很方便。非常適合一家大小區入住。

和朋友一起來。兩個孩子進屋就就脱鞋了，結果跑了幾步腳底全是黑的…洗衣機發黴，廚房更是臟亂差…這房間説是請阿姨打掃過…我真是不信。地下沒有停車位，和迷宮一樣找不到停車的地方。帶孩子走着黑漆漆的地下確實不太放心…

在煙台威海住了三家民宿 這家的最貴最失望。價格有周末地段等其他因素在 不能一概而論，但是衞生可以，這家最不乾淨。牀頭櫃裏有香煙蒂，門口還放着換下來的床單被套。微信上反映了以後房東態度很好，馬上來清理了，但是感覺不爽。衞生間裏連洗手液肥皂也沒有 洗衣液更沒有了 所以洗衣機就是擺設。整個二室一廳 衹有一包很小的抽紙。唯一的優點就是地理位置好 煙大小吃一條街就在小區西門口 小區環境不錯 晚上也不吵。
