出行遊玩選擇煙台喜來登，入住體驗不錯，酒店窗外就是沙灘，風景真的無可挑剔，前台服務優秀，特別是工作人員H很熱情，知道我們暈車還貼心送了果汁，而且前台還準備零食禮包，真的是次很完美的體驗，下次會繼續帶着家人朋友來。

帶孩子來煙台玩這次我們選擇了位於開發區的金沙灘喜來登，體驗感很好，我們訂了兩間房，海景大床和雙床，前台經理Cindy服務態度熱情周到，看到我們帶了兩個小孩免費為我們升級了家庭套房，房間很大，非常整潔，配了腳凳，馬桶凳，床圍欄還有帳篷和積木，同時送了兩份小零食伴手禮和兩套挖沙工具，小朋友們很開心，增加了入住的温馨感，酒店的地理位置離海濱公園和網紅打卡地孤獨的鯨都不遠，我們租了家庭自行車過去很方便，下午海邊趕海總會有驚喜收穫，可以從酒店的一樓餐廳直接到海邊，這一點就很適合帶娃的家庭，總之這次全家都很滿意，點贊哦👍

由於預訂的時間比較晚時間很匆忙，酒店開的比較早所以設施比較陳舊也是能夠理解的，但是服務跟不上是我不能理解的！上午我去一樓用早餐，寫的週末時間為6:30-10:30，但我到的時間是10:00也在時間範圍內吧，工作人員已經開始收拾了，好這不要緊，我想去用麪包機加熱一下麪包片的時候我發現機器不運轉於是我一個叫宋景暉的女生工作人員，我説：你好請問這個麪包機怎麼不工作了能幫我下嗎，她説道：我不知道！我説我想加熱一下，她又説：我不知道啊，我説道：請問你不知道，我會知道嗎？能幫我看下嗎？實在不理解5星級的酒店可以這樣服務客人嗎？而且實話實話我並沒有怎麼需要你的服務，是尋求幫助.！我衹能給差評謝謝！
