服務：在辦理入住時前台人員説查詢不到預訂訊息 明明是入住前幾個小時就訂好了的 並且提了很多無理要求 比如：讓我交幾百塊錢做為按金才可以給我辦理入住 住酒店那麼多次了 從來沒有遇到過這種情況 挺下頭的 也已經向有關部門反應實際情況 實際入住體驗
環境：很一般 很舊的院子裏
衞生：房間衞生也不乾淨

定的家庭房，可以睡三個人，房間很寬敞，衞生也挺好，晚上也比較安靜，服務人員會主動問好，向工作人員報需求會反應及時。晚上會安排機器人🤖送水，有歡迎水果。

酒店條件真心不錯很新也很乾凈，位置不錯方便免費停車。還給免費升級大套房。看到我們是一家三口入住有孩子，還貼心贈送了三份酸奶、水果、小童牙刷、小童拖鞋、拼圖。酒店工作人員很熱情每次在電梯碰到都會主動打招呼。酒店餐廳也不錯，菜口感不亞於外面專門海鮮餐廳。絕對物超所值，是一次非常愉快的入住。如果有機會再去蓬萊還會選擇。

房間很乾凈，舒適，孩子很喜歡，5.1出行住宿很重要，長島景點實在太火爆了，3號又返回到蓬萊，果斷還是續住華僑賓館，服務很周到，幫我們把行李送上樓，早餐也很好，品類很齊全，臨走還送了孩子玩具，還有保平安的葫蘆

房間空間大，層高高，乾淨衞生。
洗衣機空間雖小，但很整潔，可惜機器衹有兩台太緊張。
早餐很豐盛，品種品質都很好。
服務挺好的。我入住較晚，半夜還給送歡迎水果。退房還送了個葫蘆。
