除了靠近海邊這個優點也就沒啥了，衞生間是有味道的，磁磚邊縫是黑的，毛巾是破的，枕套是黃的，沒留照片是不想污染我的手機

價格比同類民宿和酒店低，房間還大。入住體驗很好。酒店標準化管理，乾淨，位置好找。最要感謝的是客服美女給我們辦理了提前入住，家人得到很好的休息。非常感謝！下次還住你家。

算是中規中矩的民宿，裏面的設施挺簡單的，也看得出挺久沒有人居住，略有點味道
但是小區的環境非常不錯，打開陽台門可以看到大海，價格也算非常便宜的
總體對得起這個價格

一個民宿毀了我對煙台的印象
晚上接近11到的小區 按照攜程導航走錯了路 又問店家 按照店家定位又找了很久
進屋以後一股難聞的複雜的臭味撲面而來 趕緊去開陽台門 沒想到一打開是一堆鳥屎 空調掛機就邊上 不得不關上門...
房間裏各種臟亂差 廁所更是沒法用 更扯的是 兩個屋子 一個空調遙控器 問店家 店家説就是一個 我兩個屋子怎麼用啊 後來店家直接不回覆了...
攜程上寫着廚房有電磁爐問了店家也説沒有電磁爐看了廚房那麼臟最後連門都懶得開了 屋裡提供的紙巾是2021年的 這樣做民宿 很難做下去啊 怪不得沒有實景拍攝照片
慶幸我們到的晚 進屋後匆匆洗了一下就趕緊睡了 第二條一大早起床就走 多一分鐘都不想待 沒想到還收停車費 也不想和這家扯皮了 也因為在這裏逗留時間短 停車費不多
希望大家不要踩坑
