設施陳舊老化，該裝修了門都打不開了，就一個優點離船廠近走路就行，蚊子也多設施壞的也差不多了，水龍頭都是壞的，整的我差點換酒店，咱們不能一個優點吃一輩子，建議儘快落實裝修，改善經營模式，對於湊合的人挺好的了，對於要求高些有舒適性要求的人不建議選擇。
