環境：比較差 且是合作酒店，根本不是攜程標註的酒店，屬於捆綁銷售吧
服務：服務態度不錯；建議節假日不要去海邊城市旅遊，酒店就是送錢；311住的還不如平時80塊的民宿酒店

有史以來住過的最差的酒店。名字寫的是酒店，其實就是一幢公寓，而且就是鉑悦戴斯酒店，就是用了兩個名字而已。定的是高級雙床房，進房間後三張床，兩張鋪着床單被褥，一張閑置，明顯就是臨時改的。甚至有一張床就是在床墊上就衹鋪了一張床單了事！設施陳舊不説，哪哪都是壞的，廁所門把手、浴室門把手、衞生間插座……床單、毛巾洗得都快發黃了，兩床被子厚薄也不一樣，一床是涼被一樣薄的，一床是它的三倍厚…電視衹能看幾個台，還是有雪花的那種…隔音效果極差，隔壁輕聲説話都會有聲音傳過來…不知道是怎麼被定義為高檔的，實際的話估計連最普通的酒店都比不上。難怪平台上每種房間的圖片都是一張，嚴重懷疑是臨時分配。直接拉低對煙台的印象分，真是有史以來住過的最差的酒店，估計一百多的都比這好。

早上在酒店洗澡，突然服務員就自己開門進來了，去找前台投訴，前台愛搭不理，真的很有損自身酒店品牌。管理非常混亂，還不如如家和漢庭這樣的快捷酒店，這個地方太差了。

離火車南站近。酒店挺好的.就是太新了。邊上沒什麼商業。找點吃喝的有點遠。但值得推薦的。衞生清潔。客房服務員態度優秀
