床墊不透氣往上返熱 一晚沒睡好 空調不能調温屋裡巨熱 早餐就一碗凍肉做的餛飩 簡直就是打發要飯的

好評
漁人碼頭有海洋館，很熱鬧。這家別墅區內民宿鬧中取靜，新中式裝修，植被茂盛海岸線空氣新鮮。從海岸向山坡上走一公里就有‘一畝海’老煙台餐館，菜品親民質量上乘。木棧橋可以繞整個漁人碼頭半島散步，看日出和垂釣，千與千尋入海軌道，特別有煙台城市煙火氣息。

房間不是很大，衞生還可以，就是比較陳舊。主要的問題，是這間房下水道反臭，而且非常嚴重，後來我們要求換房，民宿值班人員説，沒有多餘房間了，等第二天老闆來看下，可是第二天老闆也沒來看，算了，自己用濕布堵上下水道口，好多了，但是非常 影響體驗。最後一天早飯，老闆親自給下的大餛飩，很好吃，超級大個，吃的很滿足。老闆服務態度還是不錯的，就是設施有些老舊。下水問題需要重視。
出了別墅就是漁人碼頭。

高德導航的位置不錯，繞了半天才找到入口。
服務還不錯。早餐有點少，吃不飽。
民宿地點和入水鐵軌景點很近，位置便利。民宿內買水比較方便。
