This is an international hotel. The room was very big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel is not far from the sea and has easy access to many attractions. The hotel looks very cool and I am looking forward to my next stay now.

A very nice hotel, lovely room, decent breakfast, comfortable lounge and friendly staff. However, the beach is a sad sight, dirty, covered with debris, no shops, restaurants, bars, no atmosphere whatsoever. boring and dull. city side is a huge factory. not the kind of place to enjoy the seaside. definitely not a ”golden” beach.

Very short stay but was incredibly useful for a stay for a stop over and a rest before a morning flight. Beds were fine, front desk was helpful providing any small items like razors etc. when needed. Was also the fastest check in I've had as a foreigner in a hotel China, although I suspect part of that was because my partner is chinese.

Let me talk about the parking problem everyone cares about. The page says that it is free parking, but some in the comments say that it is parking. I also specifically asked Trip.com's customer service to confirm it, and after confirming that it was free parking, I placed the order. I really lived and knew what was going on. The hotel is located in Baolong City Square, where the ground is prohibited from opening traffic, so parking lot is Baolong parking. At present, parking lot No. 1 is free, so the hotel also told me to park in parking lot No. 1, and after stopping, I will go to the hotel less than 100 meters. In addition to climbing the stairs from the parking lot, there is no problem. The hotel is very close to Penglai's beach, less than 100 meters. The entire Baolong City Plaza is basically a hotel, dining, convenience store, etc. The hotel is downstairs is the night market, and then to the south is the seaside food stalls, the voice is very loud, very lively. My family room is on the 3rd floor. The hotel is a courtyard like a courtyard, a multi-story courtyard, with a patio-like yard in the middle, and an elevator to go upstairs. The room is quite spacious, it is a heat storage water heater, plug in the card and wait for ten minutes, the hot water is still quite sufficient, our family of four bath water is no problem. There is a range hood in the hotel, but I didn't see the kitchenware. I don't know if there is no or need to borrow it from the front desk.

I stayed at the Hyatt during the National Day holiday this year. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt hotel. The experience was very good. The facilities and environment are very good. I recommend that everyone stay in a sea view room. Since I signed up for a local tour, I had to get up early to pick him up. For us, the sunrise at five or six o'clock in the morning was so beautiful. The endless sea and beautiful sunrise were unobstructed from upstairs. It was so beautiful. Another thing worth mentioning is the indoor swimming pool. The children especially like it. There are many children playing together and they are very happy. , the kids can’t wait to go swimming every day when they come back. The only drawback is that the breakfast style is a little less, but it’s okay. In addition, the hotel staff seems to be too busy occasionally, and it’s a little slow to deliver things. Overall, Hyatt The hotel is a very cost-effective luxury hotel. It is recommended that you check to see if there are any events when making a reservation. I bought it in advance and there will be discounts for consecutive stays.

The room is still warm, the environment is very good, the bed is just right, the pillows are the right height, and the breakfast is also very rich. In the evening, we have a buffet at the revolving restaurant on the top floor. The scenery is beautiful and there are many varieties!

I booked a family room with my parents for one day. After checking in, I was very satisfied and immediately extended my stay for another day. The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. In the afternoon, the hotel room The manager and housekeeper Li Jingyuhua also brought snacks, drinks and souvenirs to politely ask about our stay experience and suggestions. After learning that the two elderly people had just returned from sightseeing, they carefully waited outside the door when we were out. A foot bath bucket and foot bath bag are placed. If we hadn't made arrangements in advance to go to the next stop, we would have extended our stay. The two elderly people and I are very satisfied with this hotel. My wife and I am from Changzhou and needed a break at the seaside so we decided to book this hotel from 27 July-31 July.We booked a room with a seaview. What we absolutely LOVE: The service and friendly staff, not only the reception staff but even those working at the entrance ,in the lobby. I have to single out one gentleman , I forgot his name , ( see photo 1) wh was extremely helpful and patient. Coming from Changzhou we had to upload the Shandong province health code and we had difficulty getting the health code. This gentleman patiently helped me and my wife to fill in the required info and access our healthcodes for Shandong. He can speak good english and is a real asset for the hotel. 2. Our Room with a view over the beach and the ocean. We had a spacious seaview room , with a bathtub which we LOVED. 3 . The location was perfect, and in close proximity to attractions like the Wine museum. 4. The food was delicious and the meals well prepared. We really liked the beefburgers, which was delicious as well as the dinner buffet outside on our first evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Recommendations for improvement: Ordering room service : When I ordered room service , the lady taking my order could not understand some of the dishes /drinks I ordered( like ginger beer) and poached eggs.However, she send the manager on duty to our room to take our order personally. Thanks! A second time when I ordered room service again , it was also not understood well. When I ordered fresh coffee, the coffee was cold. Maybe next time the coffee could be poured last, just before it gets taken up to the room. Overall, we had a LOVELY stay. Thank you very much.

Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was helpful and patient. The location of the hotel nearby the train station is very convenient. On the other hand, some guests around my room were very noisy and seemed to lack any understanding of how to behave in a hotel, going in between different rooms and chatting out loud in the hall in front the door of other guests. While this is not an issue concerning to the staff or the hotel directly, it would be a good idea to send some person from time to time to check that the atmosphere is quiet for everyone to have a good rest in every floor.
