We stayed here 2 nights, the location is good however yasmine Hammamet is quite in general and really not much to do. The staff on check in was trying to make me pay again even though I had paid online. He was adamant that I should pay again until a customer helped communicate.
Breakfast didn’t have much option and the staff were not helpful.
They only provide 2 little bottles of shampoo so you will have to make sure you bring all your little things. Fridge doesnt work. No iron, no kettle no drinks menu.
Online states checkout is 1:30pm which is incorrect, the cleaner was bashing up on my door at 11:30 trying to kick us out and told us its checkout now and demanded to come in.. we shortly left and asked reception what time checkout was and she said 12:00..
You literally get what you paid for and id rather splash out on a better hotel 👍

Ive been back a week today, i had a few issues, i was the only english person in hotel 3/4 Algerians and I/4 French, hotel took 2 payments on my card for £150 for all inclusive I'm still waiting for a refund they promised me. I had my towel stolen off my sunbed while I popped out the hotel. There is no wifi except in a small area in reception which is constantly not working many people frustrated. Decor is old but clean maids are brilliant and work hard, food was good the staff are brilliant the entertainment staff chef niaomi and Mario are top class entertainment, my blessing was a lovely balcony with views for miles to the mountains. Shocked to find only 2 female toilets in whole hotel? It's more like 2 star.

My first trip to Tunisia and unfortunately the experience was hugely let down by my choice of hotel. I appreciate 4 star in Tunisia May not be similar to Europe but having paid a lot..for this I blame my booking company not necessarily Menara. That aside I’ll try and be fair. Positives…reception area is light and bright, rooms dated but well maintained by house keeping with safe and fridge, a balcony albeit mine had limited view. The staff throughout from reception to bar, to dinner hall, as you can’t call it a restaurant are all trying hard and pleasant. The pool is pleasant but too crowded with no enforcement of rules of people showering before entry or wearing addional clothing etc. There is no wellness centre and a gym was promised as I was rehabilitating post surgery. After 4 days of negotiations, a stationary bike was provided in a tiny room with no air con and only open when spa opened which was irregular hours. The buffet food was very poor, cold, no variety and the dinner hall chaotic 2nd week with too many guests, cats being fed at table, salt and pepper a rare commodity. At over 300 guests the second week , the whole hotel was crammed to capacity, with understandably energetic young people , maybe fine if Tunisian or Algerian on a cheap holiday. The beach is a good 12 min walk from hotel alongside a rundown old canal, dirty pavement and sea itself not clean. Menara holds a few sun beds and parasols at beach but no real serviced. Despite being all inclusive you can pay for water or beer at beach..it’s cheap so not a big deal. Animation is immmature and self indulgent with loud music blasting most of time at pool side. The hotel location and lack of quality food mean you’ve to taxi to go anywhere with life or restaurant etc. relatively cheap at 10 Dinar. All in all not for me. Again to reiterate staff trying their best, let down by tired facilities, overcrowded rowdy guests and in my case a holiday company which oversold and underpromised

Discussing hotel .j don't mind old fashioned but everything was broken shower ,no handles on wardrobes . 1 draw j opened and it was just the frame no base . The patio doors 5 rooms I was shown would not lock to which I was told my belongings would be safe ! Really would you ????food very very small variety very poor quality .salad looked like it was days old . Loft broke down twice in less than 48hours .it took 3 hours each time to fix . No WiFi in any of the rooms only in reception .beaches full of rubbish . A camel opposite on its own tied up by the feet all evening and day apart from when used on the beach .it looked very unwell and underfed and was alone . The reception and pool itself were presentable. The hall way carpets were dirty and in places ripped . I beg you not to be deceived by these pictures .I've slept on sleeper trains in india that were better than this .also the majority of the people looked quite rough I hate to be judgemental but even the locals said the hotel was rubbish . Also beware love hollodays is going into liquidation j think. Some people have paid for hollodays then got to their hotels only to find out they were homeless as love hollodays had not paid the hotel !!!!disgusting!!!!!I wasn't there even 48 hours and flew home .if one thing had of been okay but everything was so poor all aspects . ENGLAND 🇬🇧

We stayed at this hotel for our first wedding anniversary, and it was beautiful. The room was charming , the view was amazing, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly polite, making our anniversary night truly special. ❤️ You won't regret going there

I am sure this hotel will soon add another star on its rating. we enjoyed a lot of privacy since it wasn't high season, so we had the heated indoor pool for ourselves. we were even granted some extra wishes for our meals and also offered services to organize our day trips on our own instead of only being sold to guided tours

First, the location: a place empty,no shops,no active life,no public transportation, except taxis that overcharge you. 2 km far from downtown,5 from vibrant Hammamet Yasmine ,and 7 from the city center of Hammamet. Now, the hotel itself : Dirty carpets and sofas, small outdated although clean rooms with working AC,the room service was good, clean towels everyday, no drink station in the room,in fact no water at all,if you're thirsty go buy it for three times double the price! And don't get me started on the restaurant!: low quality ingredients, cheese that is more soap than real cheese... many times undercooked ,no water unless you buy it as I mentioned above,no much choice,it is not an open buffet, instead, they serve you what you point at to put in your plate, very limited choice of food, almost the same food everyday, the fresh french bakeries in breakfast are delicious though, and also this to die for molokhia they once made in dinner...The restaurant has limited sitting capacity,so there's this lady Minchin,at the door who "regulates" the flow, people have to wait until the "full ones" go out,it becomes a survival instinct, people push at the entrance to grab a seat.!!! the exterior pool is small with salty water , poor wifi coverage, only in the lobby with very limited connectivity, No towels in the pool...the beach is 600 metres away ,you have to walk along the smelly large sewage canal to reach it! The animation is redundant, the mini disco closes at 11pm sharp!
