This was my first time in Tunisia and what a great experience. The staff are just wonderful, can’t do enough for you and so polite. Rooms a little dated but that doesn’t bother me as it was very clean and tidy. Lovely pool, no problem at all getting a sun lounger. You could find one at 3pm if you wanted. Great choice of food and plenty of it. Some cooked fresh in front of you if you wanted it. Huge choice of all inclusive drinks and the bar staff were happy to make any kind of cocktail. They were all delicious. The beach is a very short walk, not busy at all and always plenty of sun beds. Nice touch that you can also get all inclusive on the beach but it would have been nice to have a wine option as well as beer. Will definitely be back next year!

The reception staff were really really nice. The food was excellent and had a great variety at all point of the day! The dessert was v good. The entertainment was also very good. Would recommended for family’s and couples. Would come again! Overall extremely very good . Definitely 5*

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at The Russelior. I arrived at the hotel in the very early hours of the morning. I am not sure whether it was due to the language barrier but, despite reiterating and confirming back and forth that our pizza order, they still managed to get it wrong. We ordered a chicken pizza, but they sent us tuna pizza. As you can imagine, after travelling for several hours, this was not a good start to our stay at the hotel. And in spite of their error, we still had to foot the bill. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy any of the food that was served at Le Cristal. I found that the food, regardless of what time I went to eat, was bland and cold (or lukewarm, at best). In particular, I noticed that the rice dishes were always undercooked. If you stay at this hotel, you will go hungry. Le Cristal has a very limited range of drinks - just beer, coke, fanta and water, which is not included in the full board package. I was also taken aback to learn that they charge 8DT for a bottle of water at the restaurant, when you can purchase a bottle of water for 1DT at the local supermarket down the road. Furthermore, on one occasion I tried to eat at Bonzi but was rudely shooed out. I noticed that the restaurant had sat a table and was being served, so I assumed that it was open to all. I walked into the restaurant, and after a confused exchange due to the language barrier, the waiter muttered something that made the guests at the table laugh and ushered me out of the restaurant without explanation. The staff member that he directed me to failed to explain why I was not allowed to eat there, which made me feel alienated. I will acknowledge that when I spoke to someone at the front desk, they explained to me the times when the restaurant is open a la carte to all. I do not have an issue with the restaurant limiting access to elderly and disabled guests. However, for a hotel that claims to be 5 star, I am surprised by the lack of signage on the door or even on the website for that matter. Aesthetically speaking, I think that the hotel is quite outdated. I was comfortable in my room however, our toilet seat was not attached to the hinges so I could not use it comfortably without it sliding off onto the floor. In addition to this, I found ants crawling on the floor by my bed, to which the cleaning staff merely sprayed an insecticide and pushed the rug back on top of the affected area. To summarise, I would not recommend this hotel. I had high expectations for The Russelior and ultimately, my expectations were not met.

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!

Sincerely, the charges are high. My friend booked the wrong room for one day. We stayed together for one night and charged 150 local currency. Equivalent to 600 RMB

We booked The Sinbad hotel in Hammermet, Tunisia as a last minute deal and as part of my birthday celebrations and this holiday did not disappoint. I was dubious about booking Tunisia after reading some reviews online however I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The Hotel: The hotel itself was lovely, right on the beach and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much for them. We feel that the hotel and the staff made our experience as positive as it was. Our room was very spacious and always kept clean and tidy thanks to our wonderful cleaner, Nadia, who was a joy despite not understanding English. I cannot say anything more positive about Nadia. In the main restaurant, the staff were polite, friendly and again, very accommodating. Hadef, the head waiter, provided us with 5* experience single-handedly. Nothing was too much for him and he went out of his way to lay out a beautiful display on the table for my birthday, despite us opting to go outside of the hotel for dinner that evening. He was always on hand to help with anything, be it pouring our wine for us or be it taking the bones out of the fish for us. He was always pleasant and up for having a laugh whilst remaining truly professional. He’s an asset to the restaurant team. In terms of the food, we felt the menu was quite limited in its variety but quality was good, not sure it was of 5* standard but seemed better than the average all inclusive hotels. The only negative experience we had was in the beach bar on the first day of our arrival. Our room wasn’t quite ready and so we went down to the beach bar for some late lunch. We did not realise the culture of providing tips at first and when we did not leave a tip on buying our first meal, one member of staff became quite verbally hostile and appeared the slam down the payment box onto the bar area. We also noted that the French guests appeared to get a better service than that of the English guests in the pool bar area, but it didn’t impact our holiday, we just avoided the beach bar and opted for different lunch options. The beach bar also seemed quite expensive compared with prices outside of the hotel. We had an afternoon in the spa and the spa staff were amazing and gave us a very relaxing experience. The staff at the “pub” were also very friendly and took the time to get to know us as guests and had a game of pool with us. Location: In terms of location, it was remote enough to be peaceful and close enough to both the old Médina and the new Médina which allowed for venturing out on some evenings. Taxis were very cheap and taxi drivers were very friendly and helpful in terms of places to go and see. Food outside of the hotel was much cheaper and very good. Overall: We really enjoyed our week at the Sinbad Hotel and it was exactly the type of week we were hoping for as a last minute booking. 5* rating in terms of staff but unsure in terms of food quality. The hotel’s free parking is actually just parking on the side of the road without the police to copy the card. When I checked in, I sent local black tea and small snacks, and the breakfast was better than OK. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the seaside and the ancient city. The whole town is clean and beautiful, and it feels comfortable to walk along the beach. The rooms are large and clean, with tiffany blue interiors and suites. There are not many people staying, especially not many Chinese. Tunisians are too curious about the Chinese. They cast curious eyes and shy smiles along the way.

Everything was perfect the food and people herę arę awesome. The best animator was the nafti. Swimmimg pools are good. Alcohol in bar was very good, because it is open 24 h. Volleyball water Polo Aqua gym and zumba are everyday. I recommend this place for everybody
