Just had a Carvery at the Sparkford inn , fantastic value for money, and excellent food and service, well done. The Pub is characterful and obviously very old, but is still worth a visit, only 15 minute walk from the Haynes museum, RAF Yeovilton is just down the road, and Glastonbury festival less than half a hours drive.

Came on Friday night to see “The Drag with no name” who was absolutely fantastic . Met for dinner with family and friends before , dinner was lovely . We stayed in a room for the night which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Really enjoyable night at the Sparkford , looking forward to returning soon .

Me and some friends came to The Sparkford Inn for the drag night last night and oh what a night. He was fabulous and so much fun. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and were joining in with all the fun. We also had dinner before hand which was so tasty and came out in such god time considering how busy it looked. I really enjoyed the nachos so much flavour. Thank you again to everyone at The Sparkford for such a fantastic night. We hope you out more nights on like this.

Met with some friends and had some great food - buttermilk chicken starter and then sharing nachos. Decent portions and lovely staff. The star of the show was definitely Drag with No Name. Absolutely brilliant night! Looking forward to going back for a Sunday Roast!

Went in just in time for lunch was greeted by Kylie who was lovely, food was 8/10 and had a wide selection of drinks to choose from. Stayed over room was warm and clean bedding was fresh and bed was very comfortable. Checking out process was smooth. Great for a quick get away when on business

Very welcoming team, greeted and checked in easily. Even managed to sneak in a pint before heading to my room. great nights sleep in beautiful hotel with comfort at its heart. The breakfast selection was really good and the menu seems to have plenty of dishes to choose from at reasonable prices. Can't fault the place

Had the mixed grill. Massive plate of food excellently cooked. Enjoyed our food and our time here. My colleague had southern fried chicken burger and he really enjoyed it also. This was my third time here this year and it is always very consistent

The Sparkford Inn is a beautiful property in a lovely peaceful location. Staff are friendly and attentive and offer a warm welcome. Overnight stay in one of the en-suite rooms, very spacious with extremely comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again on my trip to the area.

Kann man nur empfehlen, wenn man ein Zeitreise erleben möchte. Es gibt kein Frühstück, Warmwasser ist eher ein Spass. Alles ist sehr alt. Gut hingegen ist das Internet, aber das sollte ausserhalb Deutschlands eigentlich kein Thema sei. Ich komme nicht mehr dorthin und kann es, abseits absoluter Not, nicht empfehlen.
