Rude ***ager and Receptionist. They don't abide by what they commit. At the time of booking Over the call, I have metioned that I would arrive early by 2-3 hours and I have 10 month old baby with me and the person confirmed that if room is available then it would be provided without any extra charges. But when we arrived they de***ded extra money for early checkin. When I argued They asked me ti provide recording of the call. They don't even listen to customer or understand their concerns My suggestion to all is first do not choose this hotel if you have other option, even if you choose better record the calls whenever you speak to hotel staff..Stay in this place only if you want to spoil your trip.
