"Hi, I’m Ramadoss from Chennai. This was my first visit to Yercaud, and I stayed at Sterling. The experience was truly memorable. The view from the valley-facing room was simply breathtaking and made the stay even more special. The buffet dinner was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, especially the desserts, which were absolutely mouth-watering. What stood out the most was the exceptional courtesy and hospitality of the hotel staff. They went the extra mile by preparing additional dishes on request, even when they were not part of the buffet menu, without any hesitation. A special thanks to Chef Suryanarayan Choudry, whose efforts made our dinner experience absolutely superb."

"The resort ambiance was good, food served was fresh and good, staff behaviour was good, only the superior room provided on the ground floor was not maintained properly there were seepage on the wall which made the room smell really bad, no outside light source in the room , bathroom shower was not working, toiletries were not provided completely, also no provision for making tea or coffee at room."
