We had an excellent trip to yercaud. The hotel stay was good and comfortable. The staff are very helpful, polite and understanding. We selected the option to avail breakfast and dinner at the hotel, the menu is up to our choice they almost gave whatever we asked for. Room service and maintenance is also good. Fire camp with dj, cycling for kids, play room for toddlers are adding more value for money.

Found the property through make my trip app. Amenities and services are very nice food taste is good but less varieties. Good and comfortable stay. Hotel staff are very well mannered.

It's a bouqutiue hotel perfectly designed for families with added advantage of Lift, Playroom , bonfire 🔥 Premium room are spaces rooms even after 2 extra cot place for children. Room has all features life kettle, tea coffee amenities, running Hot water. Perfectly recommended for family who is looking for good hotel on affordable price

1. The hotel is situated near the foot of the mountains so mobile network reception is low, to add on to it their wifi connectivity is below par. 2. Had an issue with the geyser hence hot water was not available. 3. Had an issue with the tv set up box so no entertainment 4 chose a room with a balcony but, there is hardly 10 feet away from the mountain wall. Hence no specific view as such. 5 food options were very limited. 6. Definitely not worth the price paid 7 the indoor games room had no power supply, hence couldn't utilise any facilities post evening once you are in the hotel

No restorent rooms clean good staff transport for nearest restorant is very high minimum 300 hundred exp. Every time room rent not worth

The stay at ihotels was very good. We are a group of 8 families stayed and rooms were very clean. The toiletries are nearly maintained and the balcony space was good and the balcony was available in all rooms. Good to take the 1st floor. Spacious rooms, car parking, very calm and serene locality. No mountain views as such but very calm place. Could have included the breakfast for the price but overall good experience in stay. The staffs were also generous.
