五一帶小朋友去黃山玩，入住這個酒店，其實還有不少項目還沒開，但總體來説，勝在山裡環境優雅舒適，空氣清新，硬件設施還行，軟件弱些，服務人員有點亂，好像有不少新人，還沒培訓好…

初到帳篷客有種驚艷的美！藏在山裡的別有洞天，從外觀設計到房間裝飾都能充分感受到用心。這裏很適合家庭出遊，尤其是墨海的聯排，房間裏充滿童趣，還有貼心的寶寶洗護、浴袍、拖鞋、小馬桶、泡澡桶、玩兒水的小玩具👍
環境：無可挑剔，天然氧吧，迴歸自然
衞生：幾乎沒有死角
服務：服務團隊很熱情也比較專業；小車接送隨叫隨到；每晚都有貼心的開夜床服務，床頭的小牛奶和乾果很暖心。
設施：整體設計很完善，有温泉、泳池、小童樂園、中餐、日餐、SPA…但目前很多地方沒有開業，期待

設施齊全、客服熱情禮貌、衞生乾淨整潔、空氣清新，服務態度好。本人入住當晚不小心扭啦腳，前台工作人員又是送冰塊、又是雲南白葯噴劑，得知我腳腫了不方便，還把早餐免費送到客房，這種態度值得贊，總之關簏酒店值得入住！

房間設計感舒適，衞生整潔，打開玻璃門就聽到大自然的韻律，漫步小路上很舒服，小朱管家笑臉挺可愛的，看着就開心，服務周到，貼心。前後小儲小姐姐辦理入住很快，介紹全面。這個入住超滿意。期待下再遇見。
