環境：地理位置離宏村很近，開車10分鐘就到，停車方便。
設施：設計有品味，處處是景。無邊際泳池非常驚艷。
衞生：乾淨整潔，打掃及時。
服務：入住前專屬管家已經聯繫，有需求及時響應，很貼心。贈送的旅拍攝像師劉老師拍的很好，有耐心審美到位。
早餐：菜品不是很豐富，但是每種口味都不錯。
唯一建議：空調共振有些大，有些影響睡眠。

對酒店的服務以及設施都很滿意，並且酒店內還提供了拍照服務，拍照的小美女和帥哥特別不錯👍無邊的泳池太舒服了！孩子喜歡。

下雨天早早就進入了酒店，前台小姐姐全程熱情接待了我們領我們進房間並且為我們準備好了各式水果。
酒店的環境和各處細節佈置都體現了設計師的用心，整體格局包括房間都是不錯的，也是一夜好眠。
酒店還額外贈送了拍照服務
化粧師小姐姐和攝影師小哥哥都很熱情友好
一整個大滿意本次住店👍👍

之前在黃山住過某網紅酒店 特別特別貴且讓我失望 所以專門定了個温泉酒店 真的特別特別好 價格甚至比網紅酒店還划算 服務算是住過的酒店服務最好的 有什麼事都可以直接微信和管家講 基本都會幫忙拿或者送來房間 還能免費洗衣服（洗衣機）各種都不錯 早餐也特別好 有需要也可以和管家説送來房間 挑不出什麼毛病來 唯一要説的可能是房間排序第一次來可能會迷路

酒店中規中矩，設施還可以，工作人員服務態度都很好，很熱情。唯一不滿意的是贈送的旅拍攝影師態度不好，拍攝和選片都很不耐煩，體驗很差。
