房間裏空調沒用，衹有地暖不太熱，被子很薄。兩個抱着睡還凍人。房間是閣樓一樣，頭撞好幾回。電視還是壞的

非常差！房間臟，設施壞，地面沒有打掃，房門後還留有不知道上幾位房客的內褲，房頂的燈很多都是壞的，在這麼暗的情況下還是能看出牆面很臟，洗澡時下水都堵起來了，體驗感極差。店家的大堂全部做的漢服出租化粧生意，所以等待化粧選服裝的人很多，很吵走廊有雜物。店主還經營漢服生意，不管你做多少生意，不要因為假期生意忙，把住宿環境搞的如止之差，內褲、臟亂、燈壞、這個基本的要求都做不到，沒體驗感可言

十分不滿意的一次住宿，7月31日在攜程訂了這家酒店的親子間，到8月5日的時候給我打電話説我們訂的房間不能住人，給我們換一個閣樓放房間，給我們發了圖片，當時看圖片覺得還可以，還有就是這個時間再定其他的酒店也不好訂了，到了以後才發現和圖片差距很大，而且和這家酒店還不是一家，裏面光線特別暗，於是我們又去找到他們，他們給我們協調增加了一個大床房，這個一層的大床房根本就沒有辦法睡，裏面都是蚊子和蟲子床上濕氣還很重，後來這個增加的我們晚上都沒去去住了，二樓的閣樓隔音差，衹有有人上下樓裏面聲音特別大，而且被子上還有好多小蟲在爬，被子上還有一大塊黑的，這個都拍照發給管家了，二樓晚上的空調噪音特別大，像拖拉機一樣，後來也拍視頻發給店家了，換的酒店到晚上都沒有服務員，像找人問東西都沒有，體驗太差了，説我們之前訂的房間不能住人了，可後來看他們還一直掛在網在買，覺得這個有點掛羊頭賣狗肉的意思，衹要你訂了這間房都會給你換到這個小閣樓房，説是給你免費升級，其實都是坑
