酒店環境很好，管家Charlotte朱環穗入住前就開啟了貼身服務，發現房型搞錯了之後很快就幫忙更換，還安排補充小餅乾，安排擺渡車，一次很愉快的旅行。

把浴盆放在主卧室不太合理。送青山的門票太遠了，還不如送紅包的參觀門票離的酒店衹有2公里，而青山有開車要走40分鐘，我覺得毫無意義

姐妹出行定了一個別墅房和單間，前台的工作人員小吳小許，熱情主動積極幫助我們解決問題，細心耐心，温柔。打掃衞生的阿姨楊學梅也很棒，衞生打掃得乾淨，熱情，還幫我們拍合照。酒店環境好值得推薦。
