我們是自駕遊客人，選擇該酒店離宏村3.5Km左右，西遞古村17.5km左右，開車去都很方便，對於周邊旅遊，前台很熱情接待了我們，並推薦當天晚上可以開車去西遞古村看燈光秀，不錯，二天晚上都在酒店點餐，前台主動提供了優惠券，8.8拆，徽州菜系，價格和口味都不錯，服務員也很熱情。晚上入住周邊環境很安靜，衹是二瓶礦泉水少了點，向服務員要衹能再增加二瓶。

來宏村旅遊，看了景區內基本都是網紅民宿，衹看到了奇墅湖這一個星級酒店，但是評分衹有4.4分，但是想着既然是這邊最高檔的星級酒店，應該有自己的標準服務，再差也不會差到哪裡去，所以就選擇了這家，周圍自然環境確實不錯，但是想多了，服務確實太差，早飯種類很少，交通也特別不方便，乾衣服務也沒有，去宏村衹能自己打車但是非常難，衹能加價調度。
睡了一晚上醒來眼睛就急性細菌感染腫了，下圖是枕頭，問前台眼睛腫了去醫院怎麼走，頭也不抬的説在很遠的縣裡。第一次遇到這樣態度的服務員
