裝修非常老舊，應該是2000年建成的度假村，20年來沒有重新裝修，牆面是壞的，牆角是發黴的，燈是生銹的，桌椅也是壞的，陽台玻璃也擦不乾淨，被套是皺巴巴的洗澡水是滴滴答答的，衹能簡單洗洗。空調聊勝於無。早飯簡陋得連廉價酒店都不如，衹有白粥，白温水，兩個油膩膩的素菜，奶粉沖出來的寡淡的奶水，咖啡紅茶就別想了，根本吃不飽。小孩需要單獨付費，前台態度極傲慢，別説打招呼了，你過去找她都不想搭理你

環境特別好，是3層高的小別墅，住在3樓，靠着湖邊，缺點是到宏村需要打車，酒店沒有接送車，但是節假日又特別不好打車，基本半個點吧，還得加價

酒店園區環境很好，停車方便，窗外就是奇墅湖，適合親子游住，房間內部面積大，就是實施有點老，但不影響居住，早餐一般，距離宏村、盧村都很近，整體感覺不錯
