The hotel room is relatively spacious! But the sound insulation is poor! The bathroom is transparent! Speechless! There are parking spaces! The doorman is very enthusiastic! In the past, the parking spaces in front of the hotel were full! The guard enthusiastically guided me to the underground parking lot! And went down to the garage to direct the parking for me! Very good attitude! But the waiters at the front desk obviously lacked training! The communication process is extremely uncomfortable! Breakfast is rather monotonous! Basically it’s fast food! Probably the worst breakfast in Sichuan!

The service was very good and they helped us change to a river view room. However, the hardware facilities are relatively old, the carpets are patched, the windows cannot be locked, and other minor problems. There is a lonely parrot in the lobby, but the water given to it never seems to be enough. Every time I look at it, it is empty. There is also a little excrement in the food bowl. I hope your hotel can take good care of it.

This is a very good hotel, everything is almost brand new, and very well located with proximity to the high-speed railway station. We've had excellent services throughout, including restaurant and house-keeping staff. We'd like to commend the two young chaps 云森 and 时来 at the Front Desk. They went out of their way to help and accommodate customers. We've had an absolutely positive experience at the hotel and would definitely come back to stay the next time we're in Yibin.

I decided here because I was the first time I went to the store. The front desk lady also helped me upgrade for free, especially enthusiastic.
