"My partner and I have stayed in this hotel before in February. Came back again just to enjoy this hotel again. Again, this hotel did not disappoint at all, cleanliness was still excellent, service was very good and convenient especially being able to communicate with the front desk using WeChat. They even gave us an upgrade of our room. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when they saw us. The cleaning staff were professional also (they even tucked our soft toys into bed haha). The gym is also very well equipped and well maintained considering it is a hotel gym. They even have trainers at the gym, and they have PT classes at the gym too but of course you have to pay for it. But the gym staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I think this hotel would definitely be our first choice in Yibin always. This hotel is a great reflection of the people of Yibin, warm, welcoming and very loving. Highly recommended! Best hotel in Yibin!"

When it was my turn to check in, she meticulously verified my information and provided detailed explanations about the hotel's facilities, local transportation, and convenient services. Her explanation was thorough and comprehensive, with no hint of perfunctoriness. During my stay, I accidentally left an item at the front desk. Ms. He discovered it and immediately contacted me, ensuring the item was safely stored and preventing any loss on my part. Later, when I asked for directions, she not only provided the best route but also took the initiative to check real-time traffic conditions and offered thoughtful reminders about things to look out for. Her enthusiastic and attentive attitude showcased her professionalism. Ms. Huang and Ms. He both demonstrated serious responsibility, proactive and thoughtful service in their work. Their genuine attitude and professional service truly embody the excellent service standards of your hotel. Their dedication is commendable and deserves recognition. There was little variety, the taste was poor, and critically, items weren't refilled promptly. When I asked the front desk for ice, they said they only had crushed ice – speechless. **Facilities:** Just look at the pictures – the bowls were chipped."

"The hotel is in a good location, in the Lingang Xintiandi business district, and parking and dining are very convenient. There is a wetland park at the door with beautiful environment. There is also a beautiful mountain opposite, and the Eye of Sanjiang is on the mountain. I booked an ordinary room, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. It was much more spacious than I thought, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a good view. The facilities and equipment are quite complete, and there are disposable toilet mats and shoe-shining cloths which are very considerate. The staff were also very warm and thoughtful, and asked us if we wanted to bring water when we went out. I also tried the breakfast, which was rich in variety and had quite a lot of fruits. To sum up, this hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended!"

"The most uncomfortable hotel I've ever stayed in… Around midnight, the room was leaking, with water seeping in through the window. I called the front desk, and they sounded like they were unhappy working the night shift. Did the guests owe them money? The room was leaking, and they claimed it was water pouring from the upstairs room. The room they gave me was different from the one I booked, without any prior notice. I was wondering why they were so kind as to provide breakfast. Some of the staff in the breakfast restaurant were incredibly arrogant, treating customers differently based on who they served, even picking and choosing who to greet. The staff at the elevator were also arrogant. I don't expect them to have exceptional service, but if they can't even be friendly, what are they doing in this industry? Does this hotel belong to all the staff who own shares in it? This is the first time I've given a hotel a bad review; I simply couldn't tolerate it anymore. Oh, and by the way, the bathroom was leaking too, the door wouldn't close properly, and water was seeping onto the bed… This is the quality you get for over 600 yuan a night?"
