Yichang Hotels with Breakfast

Fantastic hotel and location, room is very clean riverside view front desk very good service. Overall superb. Value for money. Lobby toilet cleaner is very good man and helpful

The reception desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Our suite was comfortable and our request for a utensil was met promptly. Breakfast was good. We had a most pleasant stay and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Yichang again.

First I want to tell the staff how much I appreciate them. I accidentally left my sling bag at the front desk, absent-mindedly, and they kept it safe till the next morning. This speaks volumes to the quality of the staff. Thank you so much! I think the newly renovated rooms are clean, well maintained, and smoke-free. The size is small and the views are not great but for the price, I will never actually complain. It is a better bang for your buck than most other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

We were upgraded in bigger rooms. the beds are large and comfy, the breakfrast is good although i don't recommend the orange juice. They have many different options for the breakfast toasts, cereals, eggs, sausages., bacon, rice, noodles, fruit and even salad. i enjoyed the corn bread. The rooms had a tea corner which was very cute and are modern. The shower gel and shampoo smelled.really good (from.essential oil). the corridors smelled.good with comfy carpet. A great find in Yichang ! if you have time, i recommend crossing the bridge and hiking in the park accross the hotel for wonderful views of the yangtze river.

Pros: comfortable bed, good location, good air cond probably Cons: i am sorry, what a filthy dirty hotel, from people smoking in the lobby, to the filthy lobby, full of cigarette smell, carpets coming off the floor, floor not vacuumed, lobby and room. My room smelt so bad with cigarette smell I was coughing all night! Couldn’t wait to get out the filthy place! Not sure where all the positive reviews comes from, room was cheap but you expect a clean room at least!

The hotel does not have an exclusive underground parking garage. From the ground parking to the room, there are two steps in the lobby, because the slope angle on the side is too steep, even if it is used, it is a bit wasteful for long-distance travel packages. Inconvenient. The room looks not as clean and exquisite as the photo, fast wind 😅. The two rooms of the same room type have a thousand miles of scenery angles. There is a saying that the river view is beautiful, and then find time to have fun in Yichang. The water pressure is extremely unstable and a bit troublesome. The next day I asked about the check-in experience and reported this problem, and I apologized for sending a small gift. Although the hotel breakfast is small, it is also ”all-inclusive”. A night's sleep on the return road, passable.

The hotel environment is great, and the breakfast is also very good. The restaurant on the 39th floor allows you to have a panoramic view of the surrounding city. Originally, the above-ground parking space was tight, so we parked on the 3rd floor underground, but the elevator only went to the negative floor. Because I did I had a minor surgery and my right foot was inconvenient to climb stairs. After telling the hotel lobby manager, the hotel staff immediately arranged a parking space on the ground, especially the handsome guy 6018, who helped deliver the luggage. Because it was raining lightly, he also helped hold an umbrella, so he was busy. Finally, thank you very much. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend such a good hotel with good service. It is very convenient to eat and see a doctor (for toothache) nearby. Thank you, thank you. It was a very satisfying stay.

這裏真的很好！碰巧幸運的升級房型，在8011住的一晚過的非常愉快！剛入住因為弄不好電視頻道，工作人員馬上就上樓幫忙弄好啦，態度也超級和善呀，一個人旅行來到宜昌，在這裏真的有家的感覺！隔音效果很好，周邊消費也很方便，床品非常乾淨，洗浴條件也很好！最後走的時候把平時吃的葯落在酒店了，我還沒想起來在哪裡丟的，酒店工作人員就主動打電話聯繫我，真的很感謝，因為丟了一天的藥量都會很麻煩，下次宜昌一定還會再來！！！
