我覺得酒店整體還行，但是這些方面還有待改善#衞生床品沒有更換過感覺是之前的客人用過的每張床的被子枕頭位置都不一樣有的在被子上面又的被被子壓着廁所裏有之前客人用過的一次性牙刷在杯子裏杯子感覺開業到現在就沒有洗過！#服務沒有什麼服務房間裏連一瓶礦泉水都沒！#房間設施電腦配置還不錯，但是晚上玩遊戲掉線！一晚上掉了7-8次！撥號上網開什麼電競酒店！#床這個床跟睡地板沒什麼區別，都不如電競椅軟！#性價比國慶900多一晚感覺非常不值得

作為宜昌電競王，基本上宜昌所有電競酒店都住了，星河還是很不錯，除了上機有點麻煩，再就是屏幕是是144hz的，不是165的。其他都不錯！
