環境和硬件都非常不錯，不過缺乏現代化的管理水平和服務理念，服務人員缺乏基本的訓練，是那種非常有意願把工作做好但卻完全不知道應該如何入手提升服務質量的感覺。對客户的一些基本住宿需求表示無法理解然後表示無法配合，感覺就是服務人員用自己樸素的生活經驗來規範客户出門在外的生活方式，和酒店的硬件環境完全不匹配
