一進房間很大的味道，本來想住一晚然後果斷選擇退房了 而且打電話給前台 前台根本搞不懂我在説什麼 希望前台員工加強培訓

來宜昌，肯定是為了遊兩壩一峽、三峽人家等，必須在三峽遊客中心來回，所以住水雲嵐酒店是正確選擇性價比高。酒店離遊客中心衹5—8分鐘徒步路程，酒店離萬達廣場也衹有8分鐘左右路程（吃飯方便），晚上去沿江路散散步也方便。再説酒店內部從前台到房間服務員熱情有佳，見面問好微笑服務，酒店早餐豐富品種多，衞生好設施也行，我住了4晚還送小吃，電梯間備有瓶裝水方便旅客外出拿取，前台有橘子、糖需要的客人可自取👍。會推薦給朋友的。（忘了拍房間了）

酒店服務很熱情，從前台到客房，衹要遇到的服務人員都特別客氣。房間大小合適，面對江景晚上還是很漂亮的。衹是不開窗有點味兒，開窗空調就不管用了有點太熱了。
