連着兩晚都主動幫忙升級了房型，並且前台服務非常真誠、熱情，是一家有温度的酒店，讓人心情舒暢，以後出差來宜昌還是會選擇這家酒店，點贊！

酒店時間應該比較長了 房間設施稍微有點點舊 不過衞生情況比較好 服務人員態度也很好 還免費贈送了早餐 下次還會繼續訂這家

酒店地理位置距離三峽遊客中心還是蠻近的，酒店衞生設施一般吧，談不上多好，算是中等！這次同行的是五個家庭！四家開的是雙床房，而且都在一個樓層，其中一間房間很小，但是價格確實一樣！30號晚上辦理入住前台就搞了很長時間，第二天晚上還把本人入住的房間開出去了，我也是很無語！據説開房的時候，前台在樓下找不到房卡，還被友善提醒一下説是不是開出去了，要不要打個房間電話問下？前台直接説沒有開出去，就拿張卡一刷給了對方，然後就刷開了有人入住的房間！當時是我朋友開的房間，夜市朋友刷開了我的房間，我就沒有選擇報警了！但是酒店再次把新開給朋友的房間開給了別人，導致朋友家孩子正在洗澡的時候，她的房間被兩名大漢刷開了，當時朋友嚇死了，果斷選擇了報警！由於警察的介入和酒店老闆的協商，對我們進行了補償！這也是本人旅行這麼多年第一次碰到住的好好的房間莫名被刷開，好可怕！再次提醒入住的朋友，入住時一定要注意安全，反鎖反鎖反鎖！酒店樓下麪館味道不錯，對面的三七砂鍋可以去嚐嚐，雖説沒有很驚艷，但是可以去品嚐一下
