我們是第一次來到宜昌自駕遊，選擇住在了這個酒店，感覺非常好，
設施：很新，有地下車庫，自助洗衣房，房間裏還有咖啡機。
衞生：我們住了兩天，每天我們遊覽回來拖着疲憊的身體進到被打掃的乾乾淨淨的房間裏時都會覺得像到了家一樣，特別是033號和025號服務員還細心給我們準備了一次性馬桶墊。
環境：酒店周邊的環境非常優美，沿江綠道，很適合散步
服務：不管是前台還是客房服務都非常熱情、周到、細緻。給我們一種賓至如歸的感覺

地理位置優越，設計感強，房間非常的整潔乾淨，服務員青梔也非常的熱情，房間很大，設施都不錯，交通也非常的方便。特別是這裏的風景也很不錯，站在窗户邊上看江景非常好，非常值得推薦。

酒店環境非常舒服
前台和餐廳都在15樓觀景平台，視野和採光都是非常好，前台小姐姐牛小靚笑容甜美，入住退房都很方便快捷。房間是全智能語音聲控，馬桶也是智能馬桶，竟然還有我最愛的膠囊咖啡機，可以自己做咖啡喝
床鋪軟硬適中，被子柔軟，私人空間非常好，我老婆非常滿意，老婆滿意才是真的好
各類設施都很齊全，每個角落都有工作人員打掃時刻保持衞生。
早餐中西餐選擇也比較多，非常不錯

房間比較衞生，智能語音服務也很方便，語音識別率很高酒店，下面的江景非常漂亮，有很長的濱江公園，環境優美，晚上非常適合散步，城景房這邊就是普通的公寓外的景色，與江景房相差甚遠，酒店也有管家對接，會提前與住客聯繫，提供入住的指導，酒店的設施比較新，居住比較舒適
