自駕到宜昌。人還未到、酒店就來電了，是一個叫牛小靚的員工，詢問何時入住，有什麼要求，加微信後發來定位及入住訊息，熱情大方。説説酒店吧，交通方便，對自駕友好，除了大堂在15樓外，房間配置、服務、衞生各方面均達到五星標準。更為貼心的服是酒店方小牛為我們升級了側江景房，併為我們原房繼住一晚積極協調，另外要表揚一下037號服務員，房間衞生做的很乾凈。是一家值得推薦的酒店。此外，出酒店右轉步行約五百米有一家叫龍蝦殿的排檔熱鬧非凡、值得品嚐。曬一下在20樓側江景房間裏拍的長江

酒店安全性很好，工作人員認真負責，提前安排了我的行李，讓我可以直接去三峽人家遊玩，非常安心。管家牛小靚服務更是細緻入微，能夠滿足我提出的各種需求。客房設施完善，洗髮水沐浴露都很好用，非常喜歡，有居家的感覺，體驗感極佳，這次訂的江景房能看到古塔和長江，大橋，風景如畫，為這次長江三峽行畫上完美的句號。個人感覺這家酒店是商務出行和旅遊度假的絕佳選擇。

服務挺不錯，床、房間設施都還好。但是根據入住兩天的體驗，説兩點不滿意的：一、房間插了電蚊香器，但是雙腿還是被不知名蚊蟲咬了十來個紅鼓包，下面會放一張圖，娃的胳膊和腿也咬了幾個，一個鼓包超級大，回家幾天都是天天擦樟腦葯膏，至今未消。可以看圖，我會上傳。二、早餐葷菜太少太少，餐廳並不小，但是幾乎看不到葷菜，要阿姨下牛肉麪，到手也衹是零星三四塊，聽到很多人都説讓阿姨多下點麪之類的，早餐水平等同全季。
