開了兩間房，房間設施該有的都有，而且空間也還行，但是設施有些老舊，電梯有一個一直還不上，我們到的時候已經天黑，從地面停車場進酒店的那個電梯間沒有一個人，特別黑，還有一台每次關一半都會自動開開的電梯，要重複好幾次才能關上門，不是我老公在一起，我覺得我都會嚇出冷汗！！！

設施：虛假 頁面寫着有洗衣房 結果假的
衞生：衞生間一股尿騷味

服務：一點也不好 客房拿衣服去洗 要在房間等一個小時 太慢了
本來也是來宜春遊玩的 還特意找了一家有洗衣房的酒店 想着可能有的洗衣房衹有洗衣機沒有烘乾機，還特意看了一下攜程頁面的清潔服務 看到上面有寫乾洗服務，就訂了，辦完入住問前台洗衣房在幾樓，前台和我説，我們這裏沒有洗衣房。你要洗衣服就打電話給客房，客房辦公室有一台洗衣機，我們客人的衣服都是在那裡洗。我説你要不問問你們經理或者其他人，因為我就是看你們設施有寫洗衣房和乾洗才預訂的。前台 沒有 我怎麼會不知道 我做了這麼多年了，後面和攜程客服溝通 也無果，放衞生也不怎麼樣，衞生間一股尿騷味 除了房間還大算個優點
