連續住了4天，首先環境好，綠樹成蔭，鬧中取靜。二是自己有温泉，不論是去室外温泉館還是在房內浴缸內泡都很方便。三是用餐環境好，金鼎餐廳價美物廉，是我在温湯的唯二餐廳。四是服務員對客熱情主動，不論是總枱、客房、餐廳，開口主動服務意識都很好。五是客房備品談不上高檔，但實在夠用（避如衹有二個力頓茶包，沒有咖啡），有一個非常好的感應小夜燈，不起眼但很人性化，洗衣服公共區域有晾衣架。建議：礦療能提供一週、十天、十五天的套餐（住宿，含早和晚餐）。有機會再來温湯，還來礦療。

5號樓的房間很不錯，還有個陽台，浴缸能用温泉水泡澡，就是裝修稍微老舊了些，早餐也挺豐富，關鍵駐店客户可以60元優惠價買温泉票，酒店自帶的温泉泡池真的是非常贊

每天都有打掃衞生，服務員態度都蠻好，16號早晨8點左右退房時，前台的服務員態度非常好，幫我用手機叫嘀嘀打車，我年過半百，帶着長者，從來沒有用過手機叫車，真心感謝！
