As a result, when I checked in at the hotel, the front desk staff told me with a smile that they could upgrade my room type for free! This was really a huge surprise and made me feel instantly happy. The upgraded room was amazing! The space is much larger than the room I booked, and the layout is more reasonable. It feels particularly spacious and bright as soon as you enter. The bed is big and soft, and I slept soundly every night these days. The decoration of the room is simple yet warm, and the details are handled very well. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of thought into the decoration. In addition to the free room upgrade, I am also very satisfied with the hotel's other services. From the beginning of the reservation, the front desk patiently answered all my questions and helped me arrange the room type I booked. When checking in at the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and professional, and the process was done very quickly. During your stay, if you have any needs, whether it is borrowing items or recommending nearby attractions, the staff will respond quickly and solve them efficiently. The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, and they feel brand new every day when you return to your room."

"It feels better than when I brought my children there 4 years ago. The environment is still the same, but the room smells bad, there are no chairs on the balcony, the facilities are a bit old, and the buffet is not very good. Overall, it's average! It may also be that I have stayed in too many good hotels in recent years, so I don't feel as good as before!"

"Traveling with family, we chose Tianmu because we liked the nice environment and the hot springs. We saw the duplex twin rooms and thought the two-story layout would be unique. The environment was indeed good. At first, I was a bit worried because others said the Mingyue Pavilion was very old, but when we arrived, it was better than I expected. The furniture and facilities are quite old, especially in the bathrooms – it felt like an old government guesthouse. Luckily, it was clean and the environment was pleasant. A large portion of the Mingyue Pavilion doesn't have an elevator, so having a lot of luggage on a higher floor can be inconvenient. The hot springs were great, with a good environment and many pools. The late-night snacks were decent, and guests got an 18% discount. We'll come again next time and book a larger room type."
