"During the May Day holiday, I wanted to take the elderly at home to a place with few scenery and beauty. I searched for a long time on the Internet, and finally chose to go to Mingyue Mountain in Wentang Town. Comparing the price and online pictures, I chose this Mingyue Mountain Yue passenger on the edge of Gujing Street to find it. The first thing that attracted me was the bedding with the landscape in the picture. I felt very careful. We booked three rooms and one living room. There is a kitchen, living room, and a big bed, two twin beds, one three-bed room. Each room has a separate bathroom, a hot spring bathtub, can live seven people, our group of six people is very suitable, from our own home to bring dishes to the homestay to make a large table, the family eats very happy, kitchenware and dishes are all complete, do not need to bring your own. The decoration of the homestay is very new and clean. Although it rained for a few days, the bedding was fluffy and soft, with the smell of the sun. The proprietress and his wife were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to tell us how to play and ask what else we need. We visited Gujing Old Street during the day and met the Yichun version of Wang Po. It is shocking that the whole Gujing Street is like a large foot bath scene. Every foot bath store can't sit down, and many tourists sit outside the store to soak their feet. In the evening, we went to see the performance of the Mingyue Eternal Love. We came back to soak in the hot spring with arsenic in the bathtub and slept until dawn. The next morning I went to climb Mingyue Mountain. Although it was rainy, the Mingyue Mountain in the rain was cloudy and misty, as beautiful as in a fairyland. This holiday was very pleasant."
Tianmushan Hotspring Hotel
"The room we booked was a duplex room in the annex building, with upstairs and downstairs. The heating facilities downstairs did not work at all, and the temperature displayed was 11 degrees. We could only stay upstairs. There was a cabinet air conditioner upstairs, but the TV upstairs was broken. We asked the waiter to adjust it, but it didn't work. The waiter said that the TV downstairs was fine and we could go downstairs to watch it. The waiter opened the distribution box downstairs and fiddled with it for a few times. He said that the heating downstairs was fixed and we had to wait for it to heat up. About half an hour after the waiter left, the air conditioner upstairs suddenly stopped working. We went downstairs to see if the temperature downstairs had risen, but nothing happened, it was still 11 degrees. We called the waiter to come and the air conditioner was restored while we were waiting for the waiter to come. We told the front desk that the heating on the first floor was not working, the temperature was only 11 degrees, the TV on the second floor was broken, and the air conditioner on the second floor was also shut down for a while, which made us worry that if the air conditioner had problems again in the middle of the night, we would be frozen. After two or three hours of back and forth (we checked in at 6pm), at 9pm, the front desk moved us to the main building for free (later we learned that there was a 178 yuan premium between the main building and the annex building we originally booked). Later, because of the arrangement of the room for the next day (the room for the next day was redeemed by my bank points), and the inconvenience caused to us by the room change, the front desk staff arbitrarily asked me to change the room reservation for the next day without listening clearly and unwilling to listen carefully (even though I clearly told them that the room for the next day was redeemed with points and could not be changed), and showed a disdainful attitude during the service process. Later, when they called their manager out, they also acted as if they had taken advantage of me by giving me a free upgrade the night before. I think if someone is too comfortable and wants to find discomfort, then this hotel is the best choice. The hotel first gave you a room with a non-working heating and a broken TV. After two or three hours of tossing, they gave you an upgrade with a condescending attitude, without any apology for the trouble caused to you and the inconvenience caused by staying the next day, but instead had a kind of disdain for you to pick up a bargain. The front desk staff lacked both work ability (I clearly used bank points to exchange for the second night's room, but they insisted that I booked it on Ctrip), and lacked the most basic hospitality in the service industry (they thought that changing me from the annex to the main building was a big bargain for me, without considering the trouble caused by the room change and the inconvenience of the subsequent second day's stay). It can be said that both ability and attitude are poor. I usually write positive comments because I like to see the bright spots. For those who lack ability, look at their sincere attitude, and for those who do not provide good service, look at their excellent facilities. It is rare to see a hotel like this with poor facilities and poor ability and attitude of the staff. So I wrote so much to let everyone see it."

"This was a terrible and frustrating experience. We were assigned room 2228, which is right next to the fan room. At night, lying in bed, it felt like there was a loud, rumbling noise directly above our heads. Someone came at midnight, took a quick look, and left, saying there was nothing they could do. Eventually, we couldn't take it anymore and asked for a room change. The staff member who brought us the new key card had a very poor attitude, and we ended up fussing around for half the night.
