We were looking forward to return to Hyatt Regency because we enjoyed our stay back in December 2019 but was surprised to learn that the complimentary shuttle bus service was discontinued. We end up walking from Shinjuku station to the hotel. Again, we were informed by the reception that the Japanese breakfast was not available anymore due to the effect of the pandemic. I wanted to take a swim the following morning before heading out and was surprised to learn that the swimming pool was also closed. I might not stay in this hotel anymore next time since several of the service and facilities that were there before were removed.

Hotel opened less than a year ago. Everything is new and the design is very modern. Location is in the middle of Shinjuku so it was close to everything. The hotel staff was very attentive and the connection between the lobby (on the 18th floor) to the concierge in the ground floor was always in sync. Breakfast at the main hotel had a great view for a nice clear day but selection is limited. They have a second buffet in their neighbour hotel (17th floor) that has more selection. I would not really recommend this hotel for younger kids due to its design but overall great hotel.

Fantastic hotel in prime location in Shinjuku. We stayed on the Grand Premier levels which includes a really nice lounge with snacks and drinks and a private dining room which has a gorgeous breakfast of both western and eastern choices. LOVED breakfast. It's a huge hotel but has a huge staff to run it. Our room was large, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Best part is that Keio Plaza is on the Limousine Bus stop route but we didn't want to wait an hour for the next one from Haneda Airport so took the bus that stopped at Shinkjuki Station and it was truly a 5 minute walk from where the bus dropped us off. Get off the bus and turn left and walk straight and you will see the hotel. That easy. Taxis are inexpensive and plentiful in Tokyo. We had 4 people in our group and often it was worth it just to take taxis vs. the train but the train system was easy and the location to our hotel couldn't be beat.

I stayed for two nights to participate in the Tokyo Marathon 2021 held on March 6, 2022. I stayed for two consecutive nights on Saturdays and Sundays, but it was within walking distance to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at the departure point of the Tokyo Marathon, and it was convenient because it was returned from Tokyo station of the Marunouchi line to Nishi Shinjuku station from the vicinity of the goal Imperial Palace. In addition, the hotel near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office was a business hotel with a good cospa and everything you needed. There was also a laundry in the room, and it seemed that the laundry was easy. There was a Mac right next to the hotel 1 floor, and if you walk a little, Family Mart is nearby, so it was convenient in various ways. If you have time to participate in the Tokyo Marathon again, it is a hotel that you want to use.

Great location, just a very short walk from Shinjuku-nishi station. 3 mins walk! It's also about a 1 km walk to Shinjuku station where the hustle and bustle is. We bought a 24hour metro card for 600 Yen so perfect for use. Also straight metro to ginza. Ideal location. Hotel room is a bit small but functional and toilet was actually of comfortable size. Has a window. Clean rooms. Left luggage is just at the lobby and there was a bit of a mix up but otherwise ok.

Lovely little hotel in an amazing location next to the shin okubo which gives you access to the green JY line. The hotel was great value and I used it to stay for the Tokyo marathon for which it is an amazing location. It’s 3 minutes on the train to the start station of Shin Juku. The rooms are very small, it being Tokyo. I had a twin room so could put my suit case on the spare bed. If I didn’t have that there wouldn’t have been anywhere to put a large case and clothes. All in all a lovely stay

Wow, I am really impressed with this hotel! It has a great location close to very important places in Shinjuku. You are about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the ****************** and golden gai. Also all around this restaurant are great little local bars and restaurants that can make anyone happy so you don’t need to go to the tourist spots to get great Japanese or foreign food. 10/10 for location. The size is decent for Tokyo as most hotel rooms are small in Tokyo however, it is pretty useful if you’re just sleeping here since most of the time you’ll be out and about walking in the city. However, the room is fully equipped with everything. You need a comfortable soft bed and a good bathroom with the bathtub. Also, the staff here is super helpful. They speak English quite well and can help you with anything you need like if you need to book tour, groups or need help to get around the city they’re very nice I would definitely recommend staying here. Also, if you’re travelling from a far you and forgot a universal adapter don’t worry ,the hotel room is fully equipped with 2 USB slots.

I laughed next to the love hotel, but it was a decent guest house, and it was better to say a capsule hotel. There was a bathroom, but it was too dirty to enter because I was scared. Use only shower All amenities such as showers are available, including large towels. It's amazing for this price! Amenity is handed over in a dedicated bag, a system that returns everything at check-out. Use a dedicated disposable slipper. I think the location is good.

Before moving to the country, I chose this hotel because the price of the local and kichijoji hotels was high. It was convenient to connect directly to the station. The front desk staff was also nice, the room was clean and I was able to stay in the corner room away from the elevator as I wanted in advance. The bathtub was a little deep, and it was good to take a bathing agent behind the front desk and take a bath slowly. The breakfast of this business hotel is good, and there are many buffet styles of dishes, but it was good to have a breakfast made on the second floor. I want to use it if I have another chance.

Although the surroundings are very crowded, however we can rest comfortably and not being disturbed with any loud sounds from the clubs. The staffs are very nice and understand our needs. A reasonably priced hotel in Shinjuku about 15-20 minutes walk from the Shinjuku Train Station. You can get to this train station via the Narita Express on your way from or to the Narita airport. It is difficult to find the first time, basically use the East Exit and head North from the Shinjuku Train Station. You need to walk around the Cinema complex (use the West side as the East side is a tad more seedy at night). The staff were very helpful and polite. They helped with maps and suggestions of places/areas to visit. The twin room we had (Room 1004 on the 10th floor) had a view and the biggest shower/bath room that I have ever seen in Japan. The room had a bright neon pink sign ”Never ending journey” in the room on the wall for some reason (it can be turned off but just well...so Japan). The room was clean, modern and though relatively small was nice and comfortable. The hotel in general looked quite new. The hotel is close to the Shinjuku neon night life which has to be seen to be believed (walk back towards the station). So many bright neon signs and young people around enjoying themselves. The area of Shinjuku takes on a different life at night. You can walk to the Golden Gai area (full of small bars) which is apparently an attraction. We saw the area during the day when mostly everything was closed (there are lots of CCTV cameras and warnings about not fighting).

Hotel is not difficult to find but it’s not near train station. The area here is a bit messy with tons of human traffic like tourists and locals. I don’t like the environment here as the crowd at night here seems a bit rowdy with many locals round n old here looking for drinks and entertainment. Early in the morning, like 7am, you will see drunk people stumbling out of clubs, vomiting and even pee on the streets! Yes it’s that messy. Overall I won’t stay here again. Too crowded but young people may like the place for its variety of food n drinks places. Hotel staff is friendly n room is decent size not too small.

Environment: The hotel is located in the headquarters building of a pharmaceutical company. The appearance is quite good. The parking lot 🅿️ is also quite large and parking is convenient. The room area is quite large, the sound insulation is very poor, and the noise from the outside and upstairs is very loud. Advantages: wide view, open curtains is the river, about 1.5 kilometers away from Wanda, not far from the railway station, good service staff, timely resolution of problems, the room decoration layout is very good, there are Bluetooth speakers, fully furnished, there is a washing machine on the 6th floor, Coax the dryer, but you have to buy laundry supplies yourself. The mattress and pillows are particularly comfortable. The whole room is clean and hygienic. If there is any missing clothes, I will call and tell me, praise. There are not many people on duty in the hotel lobby, but check-in and check-out are fast. There is no western food for breakfast, Chinese food can be full. The surrounding area is close to the town and it is convenient to eat, but it is a pity that the hotel cannot soak in the hot springs. It is recommended that the store develop the back mountain.
