Extremely beautiful and relaxing. We loved the facilities and had so much fun in the pool. Also, the food provided in the bar and during breakfast period is certainly extraordinary. We had a wonderful time there enjoying ourselves.

The hotel is average, with a lot of strict rules about taking photos. The only person with exceptional service was Maggie. She was an amazing caretaker, looking after us and giving great service.
We got poor service from the others. Big attitude problems. The room wasn’t the cleanest, with hairs still in the corners.
The onsen was quite nice but the shower heads were molded. The buffet food was pretty good although the two nights we stayed had pretty much the same food.
Other than maggie, service was completely trash. We won’t be coming back for this reason which makes me feel bad because we really liked Maggie.

To celebrate my family’s birthday, I took my family to stay in a better hotel.
Our arrival time was around 14:00 in the afternoon, an hour earlier than the expected check-in time.
But the hotel staff still helped us check in and informed us when we checked in.
