Cons: The room had mismatched beds (one large, one small). The overall decor felt very dated, almost from the last century. The room lighting was dim, and the bedside outlets had low voltage, causing power banks and phones to charge extremely slowly. The bathroom was quite small, making it difficult for a larger person to turn around comfortably, and there weren't enough bath mats.
Pros: The location is excellent, directly opposite Dongmen Night Market. There's a McDonald's right next door, and a laundry shop and Watsons are conveniently located nearby. They offer complimentary bicycle rentals, and we even received a thoughtful farewell gift upon check-out. The staff provided excellent service, offering a map and helpful local recommendations.
Friendly staff, good service
The hall is spacious and books can be borrowed
There are many clever ideas for parent-child interaction
The buffet restaurant was surprisingly good
The room is spacious and the mattress is moderately soft and slightly hard, which the elderly will like very much.
The location is very close to the train station via a small path. The breakfast, which I added on, was plentiful. The room was very new, and the cleaning staff tidied up daily. The partnership with a parking lot was very convenient. However, there were a lot of tour groups. I stayed for 3 days, and only the first day was quiet. The other two days had pilgrimage groups and company family trips. Since I had a continuous stay, I wish they could have grouped me with people from the first day. It felt like the whole floor was filled with people from the same group, and they were really noisy. The staff's attempts to quiet them down were ignored, which was quite unpleasant.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!
Overall, everything is pretty good! There are too many faucets, and it is troublesome to familiarize yourself with them all. The service attitude of the breakfast staff is very good, and the dishes are also good!
Hotel is near to Yilan Railway Station. The night market is just nearby. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel. Great beef noodle shop operated just beside the hotel. The price of accommodation is good. Big room.

AAlan & Rendy WongWe booked two rooms, one large family room and one couple room. The prior one is spacious, very well designed and it even has an amazing sauna room which was a nice touch to the stay. The kids had loads of fun and laughter. The beds are huge so it can easily fit 4 and maybe even 5 for younger kids. The later is a bit worn down with wallpaper coming off, stains around the tub and just an overall worn down feel to it. So if you can afford a few hundred NT$ more, I would suggest staying at the bigger room to enjoy a good full stay. Breakfast is delicious 😋
GGuest UserA very self-service hostel. Immediately upon booking, the staff in charge actually called me to confirm my booking! :O So 1st impression of the ”hotel” was very good.
Upon reaching, we realised it is more of a hostel than hotel. Even the main entrance is guarded by a smart phone - basically you ring to speak to someone and she/he will unlock the door for you remotely. As it was only late morning, we left our luggages at the unattended lobby and left to continue our itinerary.
Fortunately when we returned later the day, there was a staff at the counter. She briefed us on the breakfast coupons (McD, apparently it's common for almost all the hostels without in-house kitchen in Yilan to do that) and handed us the room key.
While the room is quite big, the arrangement made it slightly hard to open and sort luggages.
Hairdryer, phone chargers, cotton buds, hair bands are freely available at the lobby area too - self-service.
Extra: There is a huge teddy at the lobby area. My toddler loved it! (Thou in my opinion, it should be quite dirty. LOL)
陳陳飄兒Just a 3-minute walk to Yilan Dongmen Tourist Night Market. The quad room even has a small living area. The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower and no bathtub. Breakfast is included, and overall, the value for money is pretty good. We stayed on the 7th floor, a corner room, and the soundproofing was decent; didn't hear much noise.
HHezhixiuA motorcycle train located on the edge of Yilan, good concealment, independent parking space, breakfast is not very luxurious but not bad, if you want to go to the city night market, walk 10-15 minutes, the train station is also next to the night market. Suitable for couples to live!
GGuest UserThe location is next to the provincial road in Yilan City. The advertisement is obviously very bright at night. We stayed in a non-garage room for 4 people and the car could park in the parking lot. The room for 4 people is not big. There is almost no space for two big beds. It may be raining. When you enter the door, you feel very humid and very mild. There are two kinds of Chinese congee and sandwiches for breakfast, and the service is OK.
