酒店位置交通便利，到酒店門口有禮賓Dawson幫忙拿行李，前台服務不僅好，Hailey，Emily，Riley辦理入住快還很貼心的介紹了早餐，早餐豐盛，房間也很乾凈，住的很舒適，很不錯的入住體驗

體驗滿分，房間入住前一天大副Hailey打電話詢問入住要求，讓人感覺特別親切。酒店雖然開了很多年但是床品很舒適，尤其喜歡他家的洗漱用品，早餐也很豐盛，有當地特色的羊雜湯和牛肉拉麪，推薦入住！

朋友過來玩，再次選擇銀川西府井飯店，服務一直在線，前台的工作人員都很熱情，看到有小朋友，貼心的給送了小朋友的洗漱用品，孩子看到很高興，打掃衞生的阿姨會主動問候，整個酒店給朋友留下了很好的印象，在這裏特別表揚下前台的Lane Riley Emily真的是專業又暖心，很感謝銀川西府井飯店給朋友一次愉悦的入住體驗。
