酒店地理位置優越，大廳環境不錯，大堂副理Hailey服務是真的沒話説，細緻周到的介紹酒店設施、周邊的景點和最近的美食，讓人感到非常貼心。房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐很棒，下次還會再來！

體驗滿分，房間入住前一天大副Hailey打電話詢問入住要求，讓人感覺特別親切。酒店雖然開了很多年但是床品很舒適，尤其喜歡他家的洗漱用品，早餐也很豐盛，有當地特色的羊雜湯和牛肉拉麪，推薦入住！

朋友過來玩，再次選擇銀川西府井飯店，服務一直在線，前台的工作人員都很熱情，看到有小朋友，貼心的給送了小朋友的洗漱用品，孩子看到很高興，打掃衞生的阿姨會主動問候，整個酒店給朋友留下了很好的印象，在這裏特別表揚下前台的Lane Riley Emily真的是專業又暖心，很感謝銀川西府井飯店給朋友一次愉悦的入住體驗。

酒店的環境很舒適，大堂看起來特別的漂亮。還有工作人員 Leo 提前聯繫我，給我發送了預入住訊息和周邊的旅行地圖。到達酒店很感謝禮賓小哥 Abel 幫我把行李拿出來送到酒店裡麪，辦理入住的時候Leo 和 harry 不僅給我選擇了一個高樓層風景視野良好的房間還很貼心的贈送了歡迎水果，出行時也隨時幫我叫車，真的是一次很棒的旅行。
