怎麼説呢，雖然前台給做了房間升級，景觀很好，有個浴盆泡泡澡很舒服。
但是有一説一，餐廳的人非常死板，我們家孩子也就125，在銀川同級別的其他酒店別人都不收費，【唯獨】你們家。就覺得有點好笑，前台在爭取好評，有人在扯後腿，而且餐廳的飯真的不要抱希望，也是我吃過酒店裡比較難吃且種類少的，我們選出能吃的就一個牛肉麪一個雞蛋餅，其他的跟小攤一樣難吃。

酒店位置還可以，對面就是寧夏博物館，服務有待加強，需要個東西要打電話兩三次才送過來。

服務熱情，早餐品種非常豐富，味道好。酒店游泳池設計很別緻，燈光色彩有種在熱帶雨林中暢遊的感覺。位置離寧夏博物館很近，方便參觀。
