位置很尷尬，距離全程馬拉松起點/終點、半程馬拉松終點距離都較遠，需要打車或者騎車過去。全程馬拉松13：45結束，酒店延遲退房到14：00，跟前台溝通能否延遲，對方回覆需要跟領導彙報，並承諾會電話聯繫，直至退房都沒收到能否延遲到15：00的電話。
服務一般，設施一般，參加馬拉松的不推薦此酒店。
希望酒店能更人性化提供服務，對每年一屆的馬拉松能夠有所關注和反饋，提升服務品質。

酒店位置環境很好，衞生也很好，床鋪和毛巾都乾淨衞生。前台工作人員服務有很大改進空間。5月19日上午7點半銀川馬拉松開跑，我打電話給酒店前台預約一個5點45的鬧鐘，不知什麼原因前台忘記了。搞得6點36分匆匆忙忙從酒店出發。哎，希望服務能改進吧。
