來銀川遊玩，首次選擇這家酒店，在網上看了，這家酒店點評挺高的，所以選擇入住美麗豪，我住的房間非常舒適，房間佈置温馨舒適，床鋪柔軟舒適，淋浴間水温適中，有足夠的毛巾和洗漱用品，洗漱用品還是牌子的。有充足的免費礦泉水，一樓大廳和每層樓電梯口對面都有，很方便。這家酒店的設施設備很完整，也都是可以有效使用的，五樓有自助洗衣房，一樓西邊有免費的茶歇，還可以免費洗車，服務太好了。
客服小駱非常熱情和樂於助人，服務周到，給我留下了深刻印象。這家酒店的位置也非常好，出門交通很便捷。總之，我強烈推薦這家酒店，安利給大家！

第一次來到銀川出差，沒想到銀川的天氣格外的熱，我們就快去訂購了一家酒店，翻開手機一看，這家酒店評價不錯，之前也沒有住過本來想着酒店都一樣隨便選一下，但是來了之後出乎了我的意料，所有的服務人員都非常的熱情親切，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的感覺，早餐也很豐富美味，最讓我記憶猶新的就是前台客服管家千玲玲女士，剛開始入住為我遞了檸檬水和毛巾，還為我介紹了旅遊路線包括酒店的個各種各樣的性化服務，免費擦洗車，免費上下午茶，免費自助洗衣房，我當時都驚訝了，這麼平價的酒店還有這麼多的免費服務而且都是很貼心的，我晚上有點頭疼的症狀的時候就聯繫了客服管家千玲玲女士，親切温和，接待服務很熱情，早餐豐富，太暖心，説到這裏仔細想想這裏的服務真的不是衹做表面，而是處處都為客人着想，當時真的很感動，這樣好的服務和酒店，下次來銀川還會繼續選擇美麗豪酒店，非常感謝酒店的每一位服務人員[愉快]

這是第一次來住美麗豪 剛進大廳就感覺很高大上給我辦入住的楊君霞服務很好 。酒店的位置非常方便，距離市中心不遠，離公共交通也很近。酒店設計得非常優美，大堂裝飾豪華，滿是藝術氣息，使我感受到了文化和藝術的融合。
進入房間後我感到非常舒適，空氣清新，房間佈局十分合理，設施齊全且現代化，特別是床很舒適，讓我一夜好眠。另外，寬敞明亮的衞生間也非常令人滿意。從窗户望出去，還可以欣賞到城市的美景，十分賞心悦目。有自助洗衣間 很方便
很晚來辦的入住 前台小楊還給我贈送了早餐再上體驗了一下 是自助早餐 真的很棒是一家四星級酒店 很推薦大家來入住 各種水果小吃，真的很不錯，而且停車還是免費，停車場的車停的整齊劃一，這次入住體驗感可以打滿分，整體的設施設備也都很好，一樓也有打印機很方便，不用出去找打印店，推薦大家來體驗。而且這邊的設施設備也都很齊全 喜歡

出來遊玩選擇這家酒店，我住在這家酒店非常舒適，房間佈置温馨舒適，床鋪柔軟舒適，淋浴間水温適中，有足夠的毛巾和洗漱用品。尤其是小駱，在辦理完入住之後，還給我送了免費的果盤，因為我辦理入住都九點了，但是她們還是不厭其煩的會考慮我們感受，這家酒店的設施設備很完整，也都是可以使用的，有自助洗衣房，免費的茶歇，還可以免費洗車，服務太好了。
工作人員小駱非常友好和樂於助人，服務周到，給我留下了深刻印象。這家酒店的位置也非常好，方便我去往各個商業區、景點和高鐵站。總之，我強烈推薦這家酒店，我會回來的。

酒店的環境很美，建築設計也非常的別具一格，讓人感到心曠神怡。酒店的工作馬寧人員的服務也非常的周到，我們的要求都能得到及時的滿足，可以稱之為絲滑的服務，給我們留下了非常好的印象。在辦理入住過程中，馬寧給我講了，他們酒店的早餐廳位置與時間，還有上下午茶歇的時間與位置，包括裏面的茶葉，水果，小吃之類的，種類特別豐富，早餐是自助早餐，我很喜歡自助早餐，之後還給我送了果盤，酒店的房間以及前台都非常注重保護客人私隱，住的很舒服很安心，很值得推薦。

酒店的地理位置很好，距離鼓樓、南門廣場、中山公園都不遠，門口就有公交站，不論是打車、公交還是騎行都很方便。酒店裝飾現代、豪華，舒適。前台李佳穎服務主動熱情，給我們遞送水果、茶水。房間乾淨整齊，設施齊全、現代，免費WiFi穩定。自助早餐也很豐富，羊雜湯味道不錯，餐食種類比較多。下午茶因為我們出去了，沒有體驗，不過酒店送了兩碗甜品湯到房間，讓人感動。
