Walking distance from Yinchuan Railway Station and also not too far by car from the Western Xia Imperial Mausoleums, which is probably the most interesting place to visit in/around town. Clear views around and clean design. The windows could be of better quality (more air tight) and the cleaning improved. I dropped a pen by accident next to the bed and when I looked for it under the bed I was impressed with the amount of dust and “garbage” accumulated under the bed, including some 2 or 3 slippers. It looked like not being cleaned for months. Aparte from that, the overall feeling of the room was good.

The hotel is relatively close to the train station and Huaiyuan Night Market. The room is clean and hygienic. The staff has a good attitude. They sorted out the delicious and fun places around and printed it into a form, which can be seen at the front desk. The eight-treasure tea presented by the hotel tastes good too. Will choose to stay next time.

From the welcome to the departure everything was perfect with this stay. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the facilities, the pool, the executive lounge and breakfast were great. I didn't know that the epidemic around Yinchuan was so serious until I got off the plane. Wanting to try my luck, I rented a car and drove to Wuzhong County. There were almost no cars on the expressway, and some openings were blocked. After driving for more than an hour, I got off the expressway and drove on the national highway. I was blocked by a row of dirt piles at a place 15 kilometers away from Weizhou Town. After inquiring, I found out that it was closed due to the epidemic. Control the status without leaving home. I had to drive back to Yinchuan, and I chose Marriott, a relatively high-end hotel in Yinchuan, on Ctrip. Marriott's staff are very enthusiastic, and the sanitation is good, which comforted my lost heart. When I learned that the room I booked did not have breakfast, I took the initiative to give me breakfast. They also upgraded my room to a panoramic room, overlooking the entire night view of Yinchuan at night. The exhaustion of the day was relieved by staying at the Marriott Hotel for one night. Due to the epidemic, I have to leave as soon as possible, and I will definitely come to Yinchuan again. I also want to go to Xinjie in Weizhou Town, Wuzhong County to find my own sister whom I have never met.

At the beginning of the hotel, it was still a bit awkward. After entering the hotel, the front desk was very warm. After entering the room, the price was very large, completely good value for money, and it was convenient to eat around. It was a very good stay.

Even if it’s called Holiday Inn Downtown, the real downtown is about 30 mins far by car. THe room is very nice, clean and modern. We were assigned a room at the 24th floor which lets you enjoy a view. There’s free coffee machine at the reception, best service of the hotel. In the dining room where breakfast is served there’s a kids playground, very comfortable for parents in order to forget they have kids for few minutes. Breakfast is average according to my wife. I say there are the best chocolate croissants ever existed. Pay attention that they are kept hidden, I suppose the staff hopes they don’t get finished so they can have some too. I had 10 of them during the last breakfast, unfortunately I was full and couldn’t eat more of them. I have no idea why my son (2 years old) kept mentioning this hotel for days, probably he thinks it’s the best in China. I couldn’t agree more if he tried those croissants.

Newly opened hotel in 2023, the location facilities are very good, the lake view room type can see the lake of Yuehai Park, it is very convenient to take a taxi to Lanshan Park to watch the sunset, the front desk also upgraded one of the room types when checking in, the breakfast variety is rich and tastes very good, There are also handmade ramen that are super delicious 😋. It is very convenient to eat and shop in Yuehai Xintiandi downstairs. The fly in the ointment is that all room types cannot accommodate an extra bed. Even if the suites and deluxe rooms are large in size, they do not provide extra beds. It is not particularly friendly for family outings. So I changed to Marriott after staying for two days. After all, the price of booking two rooms during the double festival is also quite expensive. It has exceeded the price of the five-star Marriott Hotel after the extra bed.

Service was excellent- the room service menu is fairly priced and tasty and all the staff I interacted with were very professional and efficient. Location is pretty central, but also in a quiet area. There are a lot of electric bikes nearby which you can use easily to get to other places in the city. The room was bigger than it seemed online and the floor to ceiling windows were amazing.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.
