This is my first time driving in Yingde and I chose this hotel on the Internet. I was not disappointed. Overall a great place to use as a base for exploring the Huanghuazhen area and relaxing with a cold one in the pool in the evening. Lovely breakfast, great service, and a perfect pool for relaxing. Only complaint is a fairly horrible elevator situation, so I recommend asking for a room on the lower floors so you can mostly

Hotel totally new! So everything is clean and ready to run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing helpful and always smiling! Facilities are nice in hotel . The others facilities around are just starting. So hot spring is running but not yet finished and the amusement park also is not completely finished . Water park was not open during our stay. Western buffet and breakfast is average. We do not enjoy so much the foods and the diversity. Quality for the price is not at the level of Hilton brand yet. Should be improved. Maybe the Chinese restaurant is better but not try... (One important point to find the hotel you should go in the parking of the amusement park and drive to the backside... no tag for it... so ask staff to guide you)

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

The itinerary scheduled before the Spring Festival, even if it rains on the second day of the first day, I don’t want to disappoint the children, so it is raining when I arrive. Unexpectedly, there is also a charcoal brazier grill. The child is very happy, and he has a lot of fun with the farm owner's son. The fireworks in the evening were even more exhilarating. The boss eagerly picked up some firewood, and the open space in front of the farm temporarily set up a bonfire carnival, and did not return to the room until eleven o'clock. The child said it was the happiest night and had never been to a bonfire party. The T three tea garden that I went to the next day was also very good, with beautiful scenery and not a very strenuous walking route, suitable for our family with the elderly and children. The Yingxi Fenglin area has not been developed for a long time, the folk customs are simple, and the consumption is not high. Shuiyun Yashe is the most positioned B&B in this area, and it is worth the money. I hope to try the hydrophilic villa next time and organize more. This is a family trip. The accommodation is in a remote location, suitable for self-driving travel. The environment is beautiful and there are no food options nearby. It would be better if you have a car. The house next to the accommodation where I live is believed to be a place where cleaning supplies are stored and cleaning carts are parked. Therefore, a cleaning cart was parked at the entrance of the accommodation for two days. According to reports, it was still parked at the entrance the next day, which affected access and access. It is easy to take pictures and it also affects the guest's check-in experience. Also, the cleaning staff did not clean up the garbage in the room. When I returned to the room during the day, I found there was still garbage in the trash can. After reporting it, my check-out was postponed, but because the next day There is an itinerary, so even if it is extended, it will not be used. Overall it's ok, the hardware is average, but the good news is that the housekeeper is warm and considerate. She doesn't flinch when things happen, responds immediately, faces it positively, and appreciates it.

Stayed in this hotel for the second time, came in the room, full of surprises, it was really clean, the big bed was big enough, the room was equipped with disposable slippers and pillows, the weather was too hot, mainly because the air conditioner was very good, and it was quick to enter the room When it cools down, the front desk clerk has a good attitude and takes the initiative to help open the door and take the luggage. Small mountain spring water swimming pool; breakfast is simple but nutritious and healthy; lunch and dinner are not many varieties but delicious. The proprietress is very nice and talkative, the employees are very warm and polite, and even the domestic cats and puppies are very cute and cute.
