"Had a really nice stay at the farm tour. The space is spacious and clean, good service, good home decos, good breakfast, with many cute cats ;p Although the location is a bit far from city centre or some tourist place, it’s not hard to get around. Plus you can actually get necessities at the hotel, they serve local food and hotpots, alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and they have a vending machine for snacks."

The hot springs are a bit far, but the room itself is spacious enough, with a table which is convenient for placing things. Being by the lake is lovely, and there's a balcony perfect for just zoning out. It truly feels like accommodation nestled within a tea garden. The swimming pool feels like it's fed by mountain spring water – it's so refreshing and the water is very clean."

"We booked a family room, which was very spacious for our family of four. The room itself was nice, and it's very close to Xiao Zhaozhou Bridge. It's about a ten-to-fifteen-minute drive to T3 Tea Garden, the hot air balloon site, and Dongtian Wonderland. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room didn't have a sofa or chairs, only a raised platform to sit on, which was a bit inconvenient. The curtains let in some light around the edges, and the soundproofing wasn't great – we could hear conversations in the hallway very clearly. It was also quite noisy at night with fireworks going off across the way. The breakfast was simple but clean, hygienic, and tasty, so that was a plus."

"I was really angry. It was Chinese New Year and the environment in Xianhu was very good. I was quite satisfied! But on the day of check-out, the cleaning staff came to ask if they could come in to clean. The old man was sitting in the living room and didn't know, so he said yes. As a result, I saw them cleaning when I came back after breakfast. The experience was really bad. Even if they were very polite, it was very unreasonable. There was no reason for them to come to clean before I checked out. They shouldn't even ask! This kind of management is very bad. I'm very angry! I really won't come to this kind of hotel again! The hotel charges an additional 280 for singing K. Although they said they would give it to me in the end, the equipment was not very good. Why should they charge extra? Barbecue also requires an additional cleaning fee of 200, which is understandable! In short, I think the management of this hotel is very bad. It's very disappointing during Chinese New Year!"

It's rudimentary, with poorly designed zoning and details in both the hard and soft furnishings. Even worse, there's a step that's easy to slip on and get injured. "Choosing this place was a huge mistake. The furniture was old and outdated, and the entire building reeked of mildew. The karaoke equipment was dilapidated; the main screen flickered on and off, and the sound quality was really poor. The secondary bedroom was tiny, the sheets were old, and there was a strong smell of smoke. The bathroom was a disaster – old and tacky fixtures, yellowish towels, and a hairdryer straight out of the 90s. Breakfast was even worse: crowded, cramped, and completely chaotic. There wasn't a single edible item! I quickly grabbed some soy milk and left. This place is only suitable for elderly tour groups. I had booked for two days but checked out after just one. Apart from the front desk staff and lifeguards, almost all the other employees, including the chefs, were elderly. I'm utterly speechless!"

"This guesthouse is located in Huanghua Town, and the surroundings are incredibly quiet, perfect for just unwinding. The property is huge, with each room being a giant tent. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the tents aren't soundproof, so you can hear insects and birds chirping at night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs."
