2206216****Absolutely thrilled with my stay! Seriously, hats off to this place. I booked it last minute online and it totally exceeded my expectations. It's only a two-hour drive from Guangzhou city, which was perfectly fine. The room was spacious and super clean. My friend and I had such a relaxing time chatting in our private hot spring, sipping on some drinks – pure bliss! The guesthouse is quite new, and the pool view is absolutely stunning. I even caught a beautiful sunset. The hotel also offered a complimentary 10-minute photoshoot, and the pictures turned out great, haha. The food was delicious, and all the staff were incredibly nice. In the evening, there was a bonfire where we roasted some homegrown sweet potatoes, and the fireworks were gorgeous. It was a wonderful weekend getaway, highly recommend!

GGuest UserThis famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

PPoppylovelpWe chose to go to Yingde in mid-April. Although it rained, the sun came out in the morning and evening, and we even saw a rare sunset – we were really lucky!
When we arrived at the guesthouse, it was windy and raining heavily. The owner said we were lucky, as it had finally rained after a long drought! 🤣 The owner had already turned on the air conditioning in the room. The cleanliness was so-so, typical of the countryside; there were many insects in the room… It felt a bit unprepared, and the elevator was still under construction; it just felt like there was a board blocking it, which was a little dangerous…
The owner was very welcoming. Breakfast was per person, just like at home. The fried noodles were good. The large windows in the rooms were very stylish. The rooftop wasn't ready yet, but it looked promising… Driving across the small bridge that led to the guesthouse in the rain was a bit nerve-wracking…
P.S. My mom thought the blankets were too small, like something a child would use…

GGuest UserWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

The comfort of the room exceeded expectations, spacious, bright and clean, the electric curtains opened the view, the independent tea house is equipped with Fujian small black tea and tea set, and the tea is particularly pleasant in leisure. Jin Keer 0 pressure mattress is moderately soft and hard, full of wrapping, with a soundproof environment, can sleep until dawn overnight; in the bathroom separated from dry and wet, the smart constant temperature toilet and abundant and stable hot water make people feel intimate, and the faint fragrance of Herborist toiletries is a plus.
Service details are everywhere: the front desk is warm and professional, the process of self-check-in in 30 seconds and check-out in 0 seconds is efficient and convenient, and it will also take the initiative to remind various services; the contactless robot can accurately deliver goods to the room, avoid interruption, and be too friendly to the guests who pay attention to privacy. The supporting facilities are even more complete. The 24-hour self-service laundry room has LG washing machines and dryers. Laundry liquid and disinfectant are also provided. The waiter can even help with the laundry and send it back to the room. The free gym is available at any time, the lobby book bar can be read for free, and it is especially pleasant to have a cup of coffee and read a book in the morning.
The location is also very good, about 13 minutes drive from Yingde West Station, not far from the high-speed exit, the surrounding shopping plazas, food courts and Baojing Palace and other attractions are very convenient, self-driving can also enjoy free parking, 130 parking spaces are completely free of parking problems. Add a rich buffet breakfast, only more than 30 dishes, with Wuchang rice and mountain spring water porridge especially warm heart, the price of 200 can enjoy such quality, the price is too high. MM54396****It was a fantastic experience. It would have been even more perfect if we could have seen the sunset. We arrived at the summit around 6 PM, when many people were chasing the sunset. As it got dark, tourists lined up for the sightseeing bus down the mountain. Staying up there was really great; we could leisurely have a meal, which was included in the package. We could chat with the neighbors, and there were other children of similar age to play with. Although the rooms weren't large—when we booked, there was only one twin room, and there were literally only two beds—the air conditioner was incredibly loud and made strange noises. There was no private bathroom; eight tents shared three bathrooms, so using the toilet and showering were the same thing. During peak shower times, there were long queues, which was quite inconvenient! You can also watch the sunrise around 6 AM, but that day there were clouds, so we basically couldn't see either sunrise or sunset, although the weather was great. After breakfast, we went down for a walk and even had a tea-picking and tea-frying experience. They also gave us ice cream and afternoon tea. At 780, I really thought it was a great deal. Dinner, afternoon tea, entrance fees, and sightseeing bus fares were all deducted, and the accommodation was less than 400. Definitely worth it! 👍

GGuest UserAs a B&B close to towns and with less developed scenic spots around, the environment, dining, entertainment, leisure, and parent-child activities here are relatively self-sufficient. Everyone has said a lot of good things about it. Let me talk about the common shortcomings of B&Bs. They are beautiful but not easy to use. The details of the experience are very insufficient compared to the room price/premium, such as: lax check-in procedures, cheap doors and locks, the toilet tank that was not wiped clean upon check-in and still had half a bottle of bath products from the previous guest on it, broken tiles next to the shower head, a shower head that could not be fixed and kept lowering, soft cotton swabs that could not be held with force, no plugs around the kettle, curtains that could not be completely closed, soundproofing that could hear snoring from the next room, no TV or projector (can be borrowed but not informed to customers in advance), a table and books placed on the wall under the stairs in the duplex to encourage leisure reading, but it is very depressing to use in actual use and there are no floor cushions, there are discounts or gifts but they are not actively informed/provided to customers.

GGuest UserI came here from Shunde, Foshan, and my friend told me that the hotel environment here is good, so I took advantage of the May Day holiday to experience the three-bedroom, one-living room villa here. The environment here is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lakes, the air is fresh, the facilities are complete, there are hot springs and private garages, it is clean and sanitary, and the butler provides thoughtful and meticulous service throughout the whole process. It's super good, I will come again!

The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful, and even arranged for a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.The breakfast offered a standard selection, but what was there tasted very nice.The only minor issue was a clogged toilet in my room, but the hotel's response was impressively fast and they resolved the problem immediately. Their efficiency in handling this showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction. I would happily stay here again.
