"This B&B nestled among the peaks offers stunning views of the limestone karsts. The room was spacious, and from our window, we overlooked a beautiful backyard lawn, swimming pool, hot spring, and BBQ area. We enjoyed the hot spring in the evening; the water was perfectly warm and very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The young man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful, and we really appreciated his restaurant recommendations. The hotel breakfast was also good. We even received complimentary tickets to the T3 Tea Garden. Right across from the hotel is a passion fruit orchard, and a bit further down, there's a banana plantation. All in all, we were very lucky to book such a great hotel."

GGuest UserWe booked a room for two nights on the first and second day of the ***** New Year. The front desk lady was very nice. Seeing that we were with our children, she upgraded us to a room with floor heating for free. The surrounding environment is very good. The decoration of the homestay is very attentive. The overall zoning layout, greening, children's interactive programs, fireworks show and bonfire party in the evening all surprised us!
When we got off the car in the parking lot, there was a little brother to help with the luggage. Every customer service staff took the initiative to greet the guests when they saw them. The little sister would enthusiastically introduce the different scenery you can see in different months. There were also special souvenirs when we left. We will come again when the weather is hot!

YYinyuhaiI paid a hefty 1,610 yuan for this stay during the National Day holiday, but the experience was disappointing.
First, the positives: First, the cleanliness was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with virtually no unhygienic spots. Second, the bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Third, the rural scenery was beautiful, with lush banana fields surrounding the property.
Now for the negatives: First, the service wasn't worth the price. First, the breakfast was too basic. The hostess said the breakfast was excellent the night we checked in. Fearing we'd run out of options if we arrived too late, we went early the next morning. It was rush hour, and the place was a mess. You had to fight for anything you wanted, and the selection was limited: eggs, fried noodles, sweet potatoes, corn, and porridge. My wife asked for pickled mustard greens, which she had to buy right away. The fried noodles were good, but we had to wait in line to order more, and we didn't even finish our meal. I understand a simple B&B breakfast, but it's a bit unfair for guests to pay the price of a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city only to get such a simple breakfast. Also, since National Day is peak season, shouldn't the hotel be prepared in advance? Furthermore, the proprietress was stingy when serving breakfast, using the guise of saving money and avoiding waste to refuse extra portions. While avoiding waste is commendable, achieving perfect moderation is impossible. Again, compared to the 1610 yuan room rate, those few ears of corn, sweet potatoes, and fried noodles are only a fraction of the room rate. Secondly, although the restaurant has put effort into its facilities, they still fall short of those of a hotel.

GGuest UserThis time I chose this old star hotel to travel with my elderly family members. I also saw the good reviews written by everyone. At first I thought it might be unreal, but after entering, I felt at ease. It was really as everyone said. The service, environment, hygiene, and geographical location were satisfactory. It was much better than those homestays. The lobby manager was very enthusiastic and attentive. He also upgraded my suite to make it easier to take care of the elderly, and sent me goodnight fruit, which was very heartwarming. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Yingde!

The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was plentiful! The downstairs environment is very comfortable, it's just a bit of a walk to get to the hot springs... The hot spring facilities are excellent, and I'll definitely book here again for our next trip!

GGuest UserI have rented more than a dozen different villas, and this time, the five-bedroom villa in Qushu brought me several impressive experiences: 1. The housekeeper Xiao Chen took the initiative to contact me three days in advance and provided us with all the detailed information we needed to know about the check-in, so there was no doubt before departure. The night before check-in, Xiao Chen reminded me again about the route information for the next day, which was very considerate and thoughtful 👍🏻. On the day of check-in, the villa was cleaned after 12 noon, which was really a surprise. In the past, most of the check-in experiences were that most of them could not be cleaned until 14:00 or even 15:00, which was really a bit depressing; 2. When we arrived, everything had been arranged. The only thing we needed to do was to move our luggage and check in. The moment we opened the door, our eyes lit up: it was so clean! Even the slippers were of the same style, in blue and red, neatly placed on the shoe step next to the entrance door, great! When Chen learned that we were staying, he came over to greet us and ask if we needed anything. He also provided information about nearby attractions for reference. Nice 👍🏻 The little brother is handsome, polite, kind and warm. Great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The whole building has four floors, and each floor is surprisingly high, bright and spacious, without any sense of oppression. Each room has a separate bathroom, which is so important and great! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻3. Details determine the quality, and this villa wins in the details! All toiletries have the logo of the villa, which makes people feel very neat, dedicated and comfortable. Even the bathroom shower partition door has a logo. The glass mirror above each sink is uniformly affixed with a hair dryer indicator. The toothbrush and comb are neatly placed in a rattan box, and the cups are neatly turned upside down on the coaster, clean and bright. All floor drains are smooth and unobstructed, all bedding is clean and brand new, spacious and elegant, with exquisite color matching and visual comfort. The leather sofa in the living room is shiny, the fabric sofa is hard enough, the coat is clean and stain-free, and the cushions are fashionable and sufficient. All hangers are unified, even the dishes in the kitchen are unified. This is the first time I have seen it. The tableware in the private villas I have lived in before is all kinds of old and unbearable. It is really very clean and neat, and all items are of quality assurance. It is very comfortable to live! ! ! Finally, the beautiful scenery photos on the top balcony are attached~ Have a cup of coffee, full of joy 🌹🍀

MM14044****Environment: Absolutely top-notch! The perfect blend of natural beauty and tent comfort. The natural scenery, both inside and out, is incredibly beautiful and soothing. Even if it's hot, it's totally worth it!
Facilities: The design style of the gardens and tents is so aesthetically pleasing and high-quality. You can really feel the owner's thoughtful touches. The facilities are quite new and practical.
Service: The service is genuinely excellent. I saw the staff diligently cleaning leaves from the pool at regular intervals, and our room was spotless and tidy. They work so hard! You maintain the grounds as meticulously as you would your own home!
What a pleasant surprise – the pool is fed by mountain spring water, which is wonderfully cool and refreshing. Everywhere you look, there's bamboo foliage, a sea of green, incredibly comfortable! The air conditioning in the room was also very cold, and the bed was super comfy. We could hear crickets at night but it didn't disturb our sleep; we still slept soundly! I hope everyone who visits takes care of the environment, and I wish this place long-lasting prosperity, always staying true to its original vision 💯

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and decent, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The views, however, were absolutely stunning! We had dinner at the hotel; the price was reasonable, but the taste was rather plain, reminiscent of simple home-cooked food. On the bright side, the breakfast soy milk was delicious, and the fruit quality was excellent. This place is truly perfect for unwinding and contemplation; it's very therapeutic. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve-wracking the first time, as we drove slowly, cautious of oncoming cars. By the time we drove back down, we'd adapted and felt much more comfortable. It rained throughout our two-day stay, but enjoying the rainy scenery was actually quite pleasant. We'd love to come back when the weather is clear to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, we couldn't make use of the complimentary scenic area tickets.

The living room feels a little bigger than the introduction. Five children can play board games and adults can play mahjong without feeling crowded. It is especially suitable for people who like swimming. The service is very good and they will come to you at any time. The overall service in Guangdong is good. The housekeeper Xiaoyu has a good service attitude... The breakfast room should be more spacious, the breakfast is simple, and it would be better if the variety is richer... There are many mosquitoes in the hotel, but the facilities are also very good, with a lot of mosquito coils and mosquito nets

GGuest UserMost of the rooms are covered by the surrounding tall trees, like being in the forest, even in the hot summer, the house is very cool. The unique house-by-room is exceptionally quiet, looking through the window at the green leaves swaying in the wind, sprinkled with golden sunlight, and the cicadas singing endlessly, you can spend the morning lazily and comfortably.
The beautiful waiter at the front desk was very hospitable and helped us check into the room we wanted, and also solved some check-in problems. The service experience is pretty good.
It would be better if the breakfast can be enriched. Some lawn lights can be installed beside the aisle, and walking at night will be more convenient and more atmospheric.

QQiu514The hot springs and mountain streams were nice, but the rooms were a bit dark, and the wooden cabins had a lot of mosquitoes. This time, I stayed in a cabin with a private hot spring, so I didn't have to walk far. Just be mindful of the mosquitoes in the room.
