This is my first time driving in Yingde and I chose this hotel on the Internet. I was not disappointed. Overall a great place to use as a base for exploring the Huanghuazhen area and relaxing with a cold one in the pool in the evening. Lovely breakfast, great service, and a perfect pool for relaxing. Hotel totally new! So everything is clean and ready to run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing helpful and always smiling! Facilities are nice in hotel . The others facilities around are just starting. So hot spring is running but not yet finished and the amusement park also is not completely finished . Water park was not open during our stay. Western buffet and breakfast is average. We do not enjoy so much the foods and the diversity. Quality for the price is not at the level of Hilton brand yet. Should be improved. Maybe the Chinese restaurant is better but not try... (One important point to find the hotel you should go in the parking of the amusement park and drive to the backside... no tag for it... so ask staff to guide you)

Stayed in this hotel for the second time, came in the room, full of surprises, it was really clean, the big bed was big enough, the room was equipped with disposable slippers and pillows, the weather was too hot, mainly because the air conditioner was very good, and it was quick to enter the room When it cools down, the front desk clerk has a good attitude and takes the initiative to help open the door and take the luggage. I will live here when I have the opportunity to come to Yingde.

The large floor-to-ceiling glass has a very good view of the lake outside. The smart voice controls various facilities. The baby has a great time playing. There are also free late night snacks, which is very considerate.

At the hotel at noon, I received a small snack from the front desk lady. When I went out to eat, I asked the lady what recommendation. The lady was very enthusiastic and recommended several hotels to me. The hotel is not very tall, but it is warm enough, every staff member inside, Even if it is the eldest sister who sweeps the floor, she will greet or help press the elevator enthusiastically when she sees it. I will definitely come to live next time I have a chance.

My children and I like it very much. It is quite primitive and the environment is very good. The tree house we live in is very natural and the environment is very natural. You can also encounter squirrels. The Tianmengou scenic area in the scenic area is also worth a visit. The waiters inside are very good. But if you want to enjoy high-quality accommodation and hot spring facilities, it is not suitable. The accommodation conditions are really average, with fewer hot spring pools and limited conditions. So we should take what we need. Next time I have the opportunity, I will go again, but I will carefully choose the room type.

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.
