We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

The resort hotel is very big, with a complete package and enough fun. The cave is good and the Chinese restaurant tastes good. The parent-child room was very interesting. I played Ludo with my children. Parking in front of the lobby is very convenient. It may be the off-season, but the location is sufficient and there are charging piles. I went to the hot springs with my children. There were not many hot spring pools. There were tea, snacks and fruits for free. When I left, my children left their watches. The staff at the hot spring department helped find them and gave them to colleagues to take to the hotel front desk. Thank you very much.

The environment of the hotel is good, but the sanitation in the surrounding countryside is not very good. When you get off the highway, there are rubbish dumps on the roadside, so you dare not open the window. The service details of the hotel are not done well. Sometimes you find that there is no shower gel, and then you find that there is only one roll of toilet paper towels. The waiters should all be local farmers, they are too old, and they don't have enough sense of flexibility and service. It may be due to the impact of the three-year epidemic, and the hotel is also struggling to support it. The breakfast is really terrible, so we can't be so perfunctory because it is free.

Very clean and well equipped holiday villa. There is a barbecue grill, you can sing K, there is an outdoor pool, and the kitchen equipment is also very complete. It would be better if there is a washing machine😀 Butler Xiaoliang also helped us check in and check out very efficiently. It was our first time to soak in the pool, and we didn't know how to turn on and off the water in the pool. The housekeeper Xiaoliang quickly rushed to the villa to help me solve it. First class service 👍 The holiday villa is a bit remote and is most suitable for self-driving tours. Overall, our family likes this villa very much and looks forward to coming back next time.

The children in the wooden house like it very much. There is a farmhouse at the door, the price is close to the people, and there are many choices. There is no need to worry about eating. The playground equipment in the yard is enough for children to play for 2 days, glider and rainbow slide. It’s super awesome. Although there are many mosquitoes, there are no mosquitoes after I ordered the mosquito repellent at night. Parent-child trips are worth recommending! Doing yoga on the balcony in the morning is super feeling🤗

A great experience! The butler has already turned on the air conditioner and waited for us to move in. There are 5 rooms, 3 of which are suites with bathrooms, and 2 restrooms, which are enough. There are tea rooms, mahjong rooms, small swimming pools, hot spring pools, sauna rooms, kitchens and so on. Some of the shortcomings are that there is no air conditioning in the dining room and no TV in the living room. Overall is great!

After staying in this villa, I found out that the villas previously booked online were all fake villas. This is the real single-family villa. The first room is large and not crowded. There are actually several rooms in some suites. If one is actually several, it feels like a presidential suite. The tea room, kTV, mahjong room, and kitchen are all complete, both like a home and a club. Leisure and entertainment are both right. In particular, the swimming pool uses flowing clean water, which is clean and sanitary. It is especially safe to swim. The two hot spring pools are warm and romantic. There is also surf massage especially suitable for couples to travel and relax. It’s a pity that I only booked one day. If I book a few more days, I can go for a walk, and I can cook my own rice when I come back. It will feel more at home and have more fun.
