This place is so beautiful, it's like a paradise on earth. Rainy days don't affect its beauty. The service attitude is super good. There are many projects to experience. The park is very large. The tent hotel is inside the scenic area. The management of the scenic area is good. Most of the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The dinner hot pot is also satisfactory; but accommodation is a newly added project, and they don't know much about the hotel industry. I booked the Chagu Yunhua Courtyard, which is close to 700 yuan, mainly because it has a separate bathroom and bathtub for children. Looking at the pictures, they are all taken of the large yard in front of the tent, and the description also states that there is a garden balcony. When I arrived at the scenic area, I found that the main doors of the two tents were 90 degrees opposite each other, and the space at the door was shared. The 5 guests in the next room have already placed barbecue equipment at the door of your tent to prepare for barbecue. This layout can only avoid mutual influence and conflict unless a family rents two rooms; the hotel said that they communicated with the other party and asked them to rest early to avoid influence, but this is their right! Such a layout should not rent two tents separately to two guests who do not know each other. It would be even more embarrassing if it was a couple on their honeymoon. Thinking that the smell and sound of the barbecue next door could not be isolated, I had to change to a room without a separate bathroom, no air conditioning but only a heater, and go out to share the toilet in the rain. The hotel only agreed to refund the difference of 36 yuan (the thinking mode of scenic spot management). In the end, I was satisfied with Qunar's solution.
