酒店乾淨設施完善，每個服務人員，從前台到打掃的阿姨和門衞大叔都態度超好，感覺很温馨。重點表揚一下早餐，出乎意料的好，甚至還有現煮的麪和小餛飩，簡直有點驚呆了。

1、服務糟糕，電話給前台要兩瓶水等了二十分鐘，再打一個電話過去告知我們忘了。辦理入住時已經明確告知不要臨街房型，前台也答應我們，但刷卡進房依然是臨街房型，滿嘴忽悠嗎？
2、房間設施在住過的星程酒店裡算比較差的，格局也緊湊，另外有桌子沒椅子，還説是免費升級了豪華大床房，那其他的房型還能住嗎？
3、訂單明確訂了含兩份早餐，前台告知我們沒有訂早餐（有訂單截圖），必須辦理華住會會員才能有早餐，轟裏謝
