"It's 2 AM, and I can't sleep after writing this review in the courtyard, so I just got up and sat here. The night in Liuxing Street is so quiet, with only occasional dog barks and distant lights. The moon hangs above the apple tree. I've stayed at this hostel for three days and will be leaving tomorrow. There are some things I want to write down before I forget. First, let's talk about hygiene. I have a peculiar habit: the first thing I do when entering a room is to feel the tabletop and windowsill. And truly, it was spotless. The floor is wood-grain tile, and walking barefoot on it felt perfectly clean. The bedding was freshly changed and smelled warm, like it had been sun-dried. There wasn't a single hair on the public restroom floor, and the trash cans weren't emptied only when overflowing. What touched me most was that the cups in the wash area were placed upside down in a sterilizer cabinet, for guests to use. Yes, a sterilizer cabinet. Location: It's in an alley in Liuxing Street, but very easy to find. Turn right out of the door, and a small alley leads directly to the main street. To the left is an old residential area, perfect for aimless wandering. It's about seven or eight minutes' walk to the Alexander Accordion Museum and also to the famous ice cream shop. If you, like me, enjoy walking and exploring small alleys, this place is a paradise. There are three bus stops nearby, making it convenient to go to Kaxgar and Hanren Street. Service: The front desk staff was a girl with a ponytail, and her voice was soft. It was drizzling when I arrived on the first day, and she handed me a dry towel to wipe my hair. When I came back late at night, I found a message on the small blackboard at the entrance: 'There's yogurt in the fridge, help yourself.' I thought it was for a fee, but when I asked the next day, she smiled and said, 'It's free, we worry you might get overheated in this weather.' When I left, I forgot my power bank, and she chased me down two alleys. Facilities: The beds are incredibly stable; the bunk beds don't wobble. Each bunk has a curtain, a light, two power outlets, and a small shelf, perfect for a phone and glasses. The common area has a water dispenser (with both hot and cold water), a microwave, a refrigerator, and a toaster. There's also a washing machine that can be used by scanning a QR code. The most pleasant surprise was a small bookshelf with not many books, but a few picture books about Ali, which made me want to visit Mount Kailash as I flipped through them. Atmosphere: Unlike some hostels that deliberately force social interaction, the atmosphere here is very natural. In the evening, someone played the Dombra in the courtyard, while others just listened quietly. There was an older gentleman who had just returned from a pilgrimage, his feet still swollen, sitting on the steps drinking sweet tea, and no one disturbed him. Occasionally, people would strike up a conversation, also in soft voices. I'm sitting in the courtyard now, and the evening breeze is a little cool. The moon is bright, and I can see the shadows of the clouds. I'll probably feel a bit reluctant to leave tomorrow. But it's okay; I know I'll be back. The night of Liuxing Street, the dream of Mount Kailash, and the gentleness of this little courtyard all remind me why I'm always on the road."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent—just a short walk from LiuXing Street, supermarkets, restaurants, and various shops. It's also conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to visit places like Sayram Lake. The hotel kindly arranged a pick-up from the train station upon our arrival, which was very helpful. While there was no drop-off service available for our early departure, we understood that the shuttle service only starts operating from 9:00 a.m. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for travelers who value convenience and accessibility. Highly recommended!"

"I stumbled upon this hostel by chance, initially drawn in by its ambiance—I loved the flowers and plants, the grape trellis, and the spacious courtyard. The atmosphere in the courtyard was wonderful after I settled in. The owners even organized a road trip for everyone, visiting Nalati and Huanghuang Village. Both owners are excellent cooks; one is from my hometown in Guangdong and even took me to the wholesale market to buy fruit 🍉. A whole bunch of strawberries was only 100 yuan! The mulberries in the courtyard were incredibly sweet; we had more than we could eat every day—white, pink, and black, all so delicious! I also saw apple trees, wild cherry trees, and vegetables growing in the backyard 😁. Both owners were incredibly kind and down-to-earth, almost always ready to help. I even got a free meal! They cleaned the courtyard every day and bought huge watermelons 🍉 for everyone. During Eid al-Adha, they even took us to visit other places…"

"I had a very satisfying stay. The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive, which I really appreciated. The room was also exceptionally clean and tidy, and everything felt very new. The staff gave us some great recommendations for places to visit, and there's a free laundry room. Parking was also super convenient; I never had to worry about finding a spot even when coming back late at night. All in all, everything was great. Highly recommend!"

Parking in the back is easy, and there's even a popular cafe not too far from the hotel that's worth checking out."

The Lyufa Intercontinental is probably the best hotel in the area, not just because it's new, but also because of its seamless blend of ethnic minority elements with modern, stylish design. The lobby is upscale and grand, while the rooms are bright and comfortable. The unique textures and colors of the ethnic minority culture are evident in the carpets, countertops, bathroom partitions, and even the hotel corridors – truly captivating. The bedding is exceptionally high quality, the lighting design is well thought out, and the dual sinks perfectly meet my personal needs. The staff are all very enthusiastic, helping us with directions, carrying luggage, and taking great care of us. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. I'm especially grateful to the hotel for noticing we left some clothing behind, contacting us immediately, and then shipping it back to our home via express delivery. All in all, it's a distinctive, tasteful, and well-designed hotel that's definitely worth revisiting."

"We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please."

"The homestay is located on the old street and is very distinctive. The room has a small balcony where you can sit outside, which is very comfortable. The room is fresh and cute, a bit like the inland Nanyang style. The toilet is automatic, and the bathtub and shower are separated by a partition, which separates wet and dry areas. The whole bathroom is quite spacious. Personally, I don't like the kind of shower, toilet and washbasin mixed together. His house deserves a thumbs up. The breakfast was a bit simple, with three small cold dishes of the same taste, a boiled egg, a small steamed bun in a plastic fast food box, and a bowl of white porridge in another plastic box, which looked very much like the breakfast in the cafeteria. There is a washing machine on the first floor that can be used for free, and you can wash your clothes if you are traveling for several days. There are various kebab shops nearby, which are delicious and very cheap. Recommended stay!"

"This stay was a very pleasant experience. I can feel the hotel's attentiveness from the details. It is worth recommending! Facilities: The room is fully equipped and modern, the TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi run smoothly, and the charging sockets and USB ports are very thoughtfully designed. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep quality is particularly good. The hotel is also equipped with a gym and laundry room, which is very convenient for guests on business trips or long-term stays. Hygiene details: The overall hygiene is impeccable! The room is spotless, the bedding and towels are clean and fresh, there is no water accumulation or odor in the bathroom floor drain, and the toilet is also a constant temperature toilet, even the corners are cleaned in place, making people feel particularly safe when staying there. Service attitude: The front desk is enthusiastic and professional, and will proactively introduce hotel facilities and surrounding guides when checking in. The room service was very responsive and when we needed an extra quilt in the middle of the night it was delivered immediately. When checking out, they also asked if I needed help calling a taxi. The service was meticulous and thoughtful. Environmental experience: The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the administrative service hall, opposite the museum, and surrounded by convenient dining and shopping. You can go for a walk in the Cultural Park at night. In short, from hardware to service, it is far superior to hotels of the same price, with high cost performance. I will definitely choose it again next time I come!"
